Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Bristol County

Randi's apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and well located. Very considerately, Randi stocked the kitchen with basic necessities as well as a variety of snacks. The instructions to locate and enter the apartment were clear and easy. Randi was a very responsive communicator. And for us, two groups of friends, the apartment's lay out was advantageosuwith two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the living room and another bedroom and bathroom on the other side.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

Exactly what we were hoping for! Location and view were outstanding. The working dock was so fun to watch!! Everything was fantastic!!!

Lovely stay in this 2nd floor apartment. Such a quiet neighborhood but so close to Newport. Beautiful floors and comfortable beds, would recommend!

Had a great extended stay, recovering from back surgery, great walkable neighborhood for me and my lab. Colt State Park is so close, Bristol is such a beautiful place. Highly recommend this place.

Chris’s place was a perfect location in Newport. It’s a timeshare so there’s a couple different people on Airbnb that list them. I had contacted several before finding Chris and they all hadn’t updated their calendar. Chris’s was up to date and he was so responsive. If you want to stay at this location I highly recommend booking with Chris versus others. The resort was a great location and easy to walk to everything Newport had to offer. The space was older but clean and perfectly laid out for a girls trip. We had so much fun! Thanks Chris for being a great host.

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

Great design choices and amenities. Barry was extremely accommodating. We traveled with a little dog and a young baby and found the place to be very suited for both.

Five stars are not enough to describe our experience. Firstly, the host was very responsive and flexible and did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The home is wonderful and had plenty of features (from the home theater to a pool table) to keep us entertained during our stay. The rooms were sizable and had everything we needed. Most of all, my experience with the host, Balby, was nothing short of amazing. He is such a warm and wonderful person it's hard to leave without the feeling that you've met a new friend. My son and I can't wait to come back. Thank you again for making this such a wonderful trip!

He was supper great host great communication and very easy going definitely will stay next time I’m in town
