Holiday rentals with a kayak in Bristol County

Very cute, comfortable, and clean cottage right on the water. Easy to find with multiple food spots in walking distance. Albert was very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area!

Marisa & Gerry’s place was absolutely wonderful. Stayed here with a big gals group and it was exactly what we needed. We went out in Newport for the weekend and the proximity was great. House is so beautiful and spacious. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Great stay overall.

Unreal deal and amazing views. Stay here if you value scenes and vibes over luxury. It’s an older home so it gets a bit hot and stuffy but you literally cannot beat the view. I’m almost reluctant to write such a good review so that I can gate keep the place for my family 😃. Can’t wait to go back!

Great house for families, lots of room to spread out and enjoy. The location is terrific. The host and his family are nice and friendly. Communication with the host was excellent.

The cottage was an amazing place to stay for our long weekend. It was immaculate, cozy, and the perfect location for walks or short drives to the water and restaurants. It was great to wake up and have coffee outside on the porch taking in the beautiful view. Lauren was super responsive from check-in to check-out and even before. We stayed here for three nights with our toddler and newborn and had such a great time. The house was super clean, which made a big difference with little ones, and the layout worked really well for our family. The host was really responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. We were lucky to have amazing weather during our stay, and the outdoor space made it even better. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy, and enjoyable trip—we’d definitely stay again!

The cabin was quaint and cozy. The view was spectacular! I would return again and again. Very clean and convenient for my needs at that time. Was visiting my friends daughter and her grandchildren. They were over for a visit and it was perfect for our get together.

Amazing sunrise views from every room enticing you outdoors on this waterfront property. In town for a college graduation so just passing through but my son did hop on a kayak and take a few casts the morning we were packing up. Good and easy communication. Just lovely!

This cottage was BY FAR one of the prettiest and most peaceful places that we have ever stayed! The place was equipped with every amenity you could think of. Our favorite part was the backyard where we spent most of our time grilling, sitting by the fire pit, and just relaxing with the sounds of nature around us. This was our first time visiting the Newport area and I can confidently say that we will be returning!

Bill's place is a very clean and comfortable updated coastal cottage only 1 house from the water with water views from the living room window. You have access to chairs right by the cove. We enjoyed watching the egrets and the peaceful surroundings. Beds were comfortable; nice bathroom and kitchen and sunroom would be great in cooler weather. Bill is a very responsive, kind and helpful host and provided area info and restaurant recommendations. Location can't be beat; only 1/2 block from a beautiful walk by the water. Would love to go back- highly recommend!

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

We had a great weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. Great outdoor space on the water where we could sit outside and enjoy the weather. Friendly neighbors and great to cook in with all the supplies we needed! Would love to visit again in warmer weather.
