The Beach Room (Rm 5)

ErinRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Stayed with Alexis for one night for a wedding in Newport. The location was easy to get to and she graciously allowed us to check in early when I realized check in didn’t start until we had to leave for the wedding! Very friendly and welcoming and knows the area very well to offer suggestions of things to do in the area!

Franklin Delano Room at the Delano Homestead B&B

MichelleRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Paul’s place is like a museum! So much history and he takes great pride in it! Tracey met us and gave us all the important info we needed! We got settled in and felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable and the newly refinished bathroom was large with a shower that had great pressure. The breakfast the next morning, wow! It was perfection! Thank you Tracey and Paul! We will definitely be back!

Cleveland Victorian

DougRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We spent two nights with Rick and enjoyed our stay. You're renting a room in a quaint old complex of three or four old buildings converted to hotels. You can hear people walking the halls, but we did not hear anyone in their rooms. There is no "front desk", per se. If no one is at the Cleveland House office when you arrive, you call a number posted on the office door, and someone from the staff will arrive shortly to check you in. Every staff member we met was pleasant and welcoming as was Rick. We were offered our choice of three rooms. The staff member was happy to walk us around to the different buildings to show the options and answer our questions about each. The rooms are clean and simple; there is a chair or two and a small table, plus a closet and dresser. These rooms are to be slept in, not stayed in for the day. After two days of walking and seeing all Newport had, it was perfect for us to sleep. The quiet street was as safe and short walk to Thames Street.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Alexis is a fantastic host who tirelessly kept up her place and served a hearty breakfast with pie the next morning. I recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Newport.

Unique 3 Bedroom Stay, Exceptional Breakfast !

MattRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Tracy was wonderful to stay with, cooking delicious breakfasts, giving our family space to hold a celebration for my wife’s graduate degree, and accommodating our complex logistics with two kiddos under 6 years old and four grandparents up to 75 years old! Seriously—Tracy was a WONDERFUL host! Also, her place is only about 20 minutes from providence—definitely a great option for visiting folks at any of the universities in town!

Unique B&B 2 Beds near PVD- Outstanding Breakfast

JenRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I can’t say enough about Tracy and her beautiful home. There is truly art in all she does, from her immaculately clean, beautifully curated and well-kept farmhouse to the love and skill that go into her perfect scones. My family and I had a restful, peaceful and cozy stay. We piled into the car raving about the homemade breakfast (from scratch and literally farm to table: home-grown grape juice and eggs from her chickens) and how lucky we felt to find her. This one will be a repeat stay next time we’re in the area. Thank you for making the last part of our summer vacation even more special, Tracy!

Cleveland Queen

John and ZaidaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A convenient location for central Newport, which has its own merits separate from the robber baron mansions and the ocean drive. Our room was quiet, small but cozy. The house manager was very nice, personable, and efficient. Parking was easy, and we appreciated the increasingly rare amenity of a true BnB - breakfast included! It's hard to find similar accommodations in Newport for the price.

Riverfront Suite Retreat B & B with own entrance

ToddRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I can’t say enough positive things about the absolutely warm welcome and beautiful host family Pam and Joe were. Pam outdid herself baking cookies and delicious breakfasts for us. There were many toys and books for my 3yo daughter to enjoy. I also enjoyed the adult book library. Every need is anticipated and provided for. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace that made the suite extra cozy. The bedding was so comfortable, and the yard with the sandy beach, kayaks, fire pit, swing, climbing tree and toys galore were heavenly for my daughter and I to make cherished memories together. The pictures do not do their beautiful home and yard justice! If you are looking for a relaxing Rhode Island sanctuary with a top notch view of the river, peace, comfort and a home away from home, stay with Pam and Joe. This is exactly what the founders of Airbnb envisioned!

Ahh...Qua B&B: The AhhQua Bedroom

CatherineRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Our stay at Aah-qua was fabulous. The house is impeccably clean and comfortable. Trisha and Greg are a wonderful team. Stay here if you get the chance! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious. If you are tired of the same old routine with hotels try this place. It was definitely a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Double Then at The Inns On Bellevue

JoshRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Friendly host and excellent location in sweet old inn. Walking distance to lots of restaurants through beautiful historic neighborhoods. Complimentary breakfast downstairs was pretty good - continental style, plus french toast, ham and quiche was served fresh. There is also a really good, inexpensive cafe in attached to the lobby (recommended). Room was large with modern bathroom with great shower. Would stay here again.
