Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bristol

Michelle's home was the perfect place to stay for our weekend away at love saves the day, she was very responsive the home was just as photographed and extremely clean. She offered us a late check out without asking too. Overall a lovely host and lovely place to stay for a good price would recommend and definitely would book again!

Lucy is a great host , me and a friend really enjoyed and felt at home the property is great the kitchen and surround sound is amazing the gardens great to chill out in to , we were down for love saves the day festival . Lots of stuff to do near you could catch a bus or uber to , facilities are amazing top tier even would definitely recommend and book again 👍😎

Helen was a great host and was amazing at responding to any questions I had. The property is beautiful, with comfortable bed, lovely sitting area and kitchen and south facing garden which if the sun is out it’s lovely. Would recommend stay at this property in the future

We had a lovely stay in Samantha's beautiful house, everything was very clean and just wonderfully decorated. Samantha is a great host, she helped with all our questions and always responds super fast. We were also very happy with the flexible check in time and she gave us some great breakfast tips for the area. We would love to stay again if we come back to Bristol, thank you Samantha!

The flat was everything my group needed. We stayed 2 nights and Charlotte very kindly allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier than the listing states. The flat is on the top floor of a complex, right in the centre of bristol. It had everything as advertised. Mentioned in the listing, was that the balcony was under construction and unusable. When we arrived this was still the case, however there is another balcony connected to the kitchen which helped us avoid disappointment for a morning coffee in the fresh air. It felt very safe, being in a complex, and was easily accessible 24/7. Charlotte mentions there being a chance of noise late at night, because of the proximity to bars, but it didn't bother us at all being 4 floors up. She was polite, friendly, and reachable by phone throughout our entire stay, answering my questions quickly. The flat is spacious but still cozy, with more than enough space for a party of 8 people. We were all very happy with our stay and we would stay again.

Stayed here for 10 weeks working. Easy check in, Irene got back to me straight away each time i contacted here. Lovely place to stay and chill out after work. I didnt really venture out much so didnt see the area. Park right next to it though which looked nice. Deffo stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy walk to lots of cafes and restaurants . Very close to Clifton village but also a few nice places to get some food and drink right on the doorstep. Despite being so close to everything the apartment was so peaceful at night. The bedroom is at the back overlooking gardens and there was no noise at all to disturb us. Great communication from hosts and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and stay again as we had a lovely few days here. Thanks

Myself & a colleague stayed at 5 Kensington Place, Clifton for 8 nights. Apartment was clean. Location was great. The host communicated well, & a parking permit was in place by the time I arrived from airport. Great apartment, great host. I would definitely stay there again & recommend anyone to stay there. Very convenient spot next to Prospect for our gig. No time wasted trying to get an Uber or transport and better yet there is a breakfast place directly next door with cheap menu and friendly staff. Great comms from Toni! Would recommend to anyone visiting Prospect to stay!

Myself and my girlfriend needed a weekend away and came across this beautiful apartment. It was just what we needed, mark gave us clear instructions of where the apartment is located and how to get in. Easy peasy. The place was gorgeous, perfect size and is just an all round lovely apartment. Mark was great and very responsive and the hot tub added an extra luxury. We would both definitely recommend staying here!

Donny’s apartment was incredible. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Everything we needed was provided, clean and spacious. The rooftop terrace was excellent with good views to socialise and the BBQ was a good touch. Would definitely book this place again for a future stay.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. In a really good location, close to shops and some local pubs, but also not far from the town centre. We could not fault the decor. So beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and spotlessly clean. Slept really well with no noise from the road at the front at all. Claire and Paul also went above and beyond with the easy access to instructions for appliances and managing the check in and checkout. The car parking space is very handy, although a tight squeeze. Would highly recommend staying here and visiting Bristol overall

We had a lovely stay at Holly's place! The room met our needs, had a beautiful garden and friendly animals. The shower was excellent and had everything we needed for our short stay.

A very cozy, clean, and well-lit modern apartment with large windows offering beautiful views of the river and the inner garden. Everything—from the shower and kitchen to the washing machine—worked perfectly and well equipped. It is in a prime location yet private and quiet. Stuart is a thoughtful and responsive host who communicates promptly. I would definitely stay here again.
