Louie’s place was clean and good value. It is in a building that could have been a little cleaner in staircase. The pizza place below is open late and you can def hear some of the activity going on. Other than that it was huge and had an enough room and beds for more than 6 people. Louie let us check out late after flights got cancelled. He was very responsive and would def stay there again

This was a nice Airbnb, perfectly sized for 2 people. We didn't stay in Miami for too long, but were really impressed with the unit and how it was laid out. It didn't feel too small and there was everything we needed such as, cups, plates bowls, washer/dryer, beach towels, etc. I would recommend to stay here again. One thing to note is that this is in a residential area of Brickell, so it's advised to have a car to get to main areas if you're visiting touristy places.

Excellent location! Few minutes to the beach. We choose this to stay away from South Beach hustle and bustle, but ir was very easy to get there for shopping and restaurants (even free bus are stopping almost outside of the building). Maria was super responsive all the times and really helped us out with flexible check-out, because our flight times have been changed. Really good place to stay!
