Holiday rentals with beach access in Brickell Key

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, but in a quieter area that felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely consider staying here again the next time we’re in South Beach.

We stayed for nights at Schere’s during Swin Week. The apartment is lovely and ideally located for getting to the beach and experiencing Miami. We had a very fun trip with this as our home base. Schere is a communicative host and I felt like all our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Some notes-stay here if you want to be in the middle of the party. It’s literally accessed by walking through the outdoor restaurant seating and you are in the most busy part of Ocean Drive. The place is in the back of building and can be quiet, but it’s also right by the back stairwell and alley. Schere’s done a lot of great work in the apartment but the building is quite old. We had some maintenance going on our first day which wasn’t planned but it made for an eventful day 1 with an unplanned 2 hour water shutoff and false Fire alarm. All these issues stopped after day 1. Overall great stay at Schere’s. Just be sure you’re ready to be in the middle of all the action.

My guests and I truly enjoyed our stay at Enrique’s place. Conveniently located, clean, pictures are the same as in person, comfortable. Enrique was extremely communicative, and promptly responded when we needed him. I would suggest improving the check-out experience as we had a bit of trouble with turning in our key fob. But, Enrique was helpful and came up with a different solution. Overall, would recommend and book again! Thanks Enrique!

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

This was the most helpful host I ever encountered. We had some internet issues, we were taken seriously Immediately, and they stayed to verify the service worked . Outstanding hosts. Very nice place .

The Airbnb was very nice, Melissa is a great host. This was a perfect location for something quick trip to Miami. The Airbnb was very clean and neat, only issue was with the wifi but other than that I would definitely recommend this as your next stay!

This location was extremely clean. Perfect for families with small kids, retreat girls trip or a couple. Parking is on the street but there were no issues. The bathroom is small but fits the style of the home. The bedrooms are connecting in a way you must go through one to get to main living area. There is a lovely outdoor space that was beautiful and tranquil for morning coffee. Overall lovely place.

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

For the first time being in Miami, i would definitely say, i picked the right host. The house was perfect, smelled good inside, everything looked clean, no flaws at all. Romy was very responsive, always responded to my questions as soon as possible, the neighborhood was peaceful, felt very welcomed. Also loved the fact that the beach was a perfect walking distance from the house. Definitely a 10/10 in my book!

My wife and I spent a fantastic weekend at this property. The location was incredible - literally a few feet away from the beach. Dave was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and even let us have a late checkout since our flight was later in the evening. We would definitely recommend this location. Thanks Dave!

It had a cozy feel while still being modern and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. From clear check-in instructions to helpful local recommendations, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

The apartment is perfectly positioned for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants of the Miami South Beach area. Leonardo was extremely helpful and gave lots of suggestions for places to visit and eat. The apartment was spacious and in a quiet area. It was very clean and well appointed and one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed in. We would be very happy to stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

everything was great. helpful front desk staff very clean apartment. the host was super helpful when chatting through the Airbnb app especially when I accidentally left a bag at the place, they helped arrange a return of my bag.

Awesome hospitality and super responsive hosts! Manuel answered all of our questions and made our long weekend in Miami Beach super enjoyable. The place is super close to the beach and has all the things you need for a friends or family get together. Definitely recommend.

Before coming here, I was reading reviews about it being loud, but that was not true at all. I mean it’s Miami. Every night we fell asleep perfectly. I liked all the shampoo and amenities plenty of body wash and all those things. They had pots and pans for cooking and we were able to make mac & cheese so 10/10. The balcony was absolutely stunning. We loved that the location was so close to CVS. You can walk there so if you happen to forget anything on vacation that really solves all problems. There’s lots to do nearby like restaurants and bars super walkable! AND LASTLY- the balcony is stunning!!
