Outstanding place and one of my favorite locations in Brickell. Staff is very attentive and responsive, the apartment is beautiful with an amazing view. Also, very clean! The building offers incredible amenities for guest and you can't beat this location. Thank you! 10/10 cheers!

First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town

Beautiful, clean, bright space - and the amenities such as the pool were awesome. Not a complaint just a couple of tips for future guests to know- bring earplugs for sleeping. We’ve never stayed in Brickell or Downtown Miami before and did not foresee the extremely loud sports cars and motorcycles that would run all night! Even on the 26th floor, I guess because the windows face Brickell Ave, the constant revving of engines made it difficult to sleep until we bought earplugs. The other thing to note is that while you feel like you’re in a hotel, it’s still an Airbnb so don’t expect cleaning service during your stay (unless you pay extra); they also can’t hold your luggage after you check out. Our flight was late in the day so we left our luggage with a dry-cleaning place a block away for about $30.

Very hospitable hosts and the place was beautiful, well cared for and super cozy! We had everything g we could have possible needed and more! Can’t wait to book again in the near future 🩷

The host was very reactive and the house was ready on time when we arrived. It was very well equipped, clean, and felt like home. We enjoyed the commodities like the games and the pool. We also had plenty of equipment to cook and clean afterwards. Don’t hesitate to stop by on your vacation, you will not regret it!

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at Sammy’s beautiful home! It was perfect for our family with kids. The pool was a huge hit . Sammy was an exceptional host, always available and incredibly helpful. They even helped us rent a yacht for a fun day. The house itself was stunning, spacious, and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely 5 stars and we’d love to come back!

Overall, location was great, and really walkable to much of the city. Checking in and out of the house was a breeze! The beds were very comfortable and place appeared generally well maintained upon our arrival. Kitchen was a little short on quality and quantity of pots & pans to cook with, and state of the hanging shelf was a little disconcerting, but tableware and utensils were sufficient.

It was a clean and cool environment and Scott was definitely then host with the most What is the most you ask he has a free rental And If you boss send adventure packages he Reimburse you on them😳😳😳 I’ve never seen a host have theses Type of Amenities in my life …Scott you the man💯💪

So, I think there are three basic AirBNB experiences: 1. I love this place! (you're there to be at the AirBNB, not to go out), 2. This place is solid and very fair for what I am paying (solid place, but you're there for the city, not the AirBNB), and 3. It costs me too much to leave (I hate this place, but I can't afford to double my cost and get another place ). Vici's place is an excellent example of #2. It happened that we planned a weekend in Miami that was the same weekend as a Formula 1 race. Hotel rooms we 3-4x normal price. Compared to hotel prices the place was a steal. Very clean and well kept. John, Vici's assistant was great also. Now this place is no Lowe's hotel or the Ritz Carlton. But we didn't want to pay for that. That's the point. Under the same circumstances we would stay there again. Walking distance to everything we like in South Beach. 100% a good choice. Thanks Vici!

The Airbnb was very peaceful, the staff was nice and the location was very secured.

Micaela was the best host I’ve ever had! She was accommodating to my early and late checkout. She was responsive whenever I needed something, for example the tv wasn’t working great and we were in contact to fix that immediately. It was the perfect stay and all place is great! Amazing views, perfect space for a getaway. Ocean beach chairs, two gorgeous pools and beautiful amenities. Plus, we had fun playing Tennis!

Rod’s place was clean, well located, and everything you see in the pics. Definitely took my trip to Miami to the next level. He communicated quick & effectively.

Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!

We enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and as described. Our son loved the pool and the view of the beach was amazing. Note there is a club on the beach next door.
