Cottage holiday rentals in Brevard

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Nice quiet spot walkable to downtown Weaverville. Easy drive to Asheville. Jay's instructions were super simple and easy to understand. I appreciate his communication and assistance!

We loved our stay! Everything we wanted to do was in close proximity and the recommendations for food were amazing! Our stay was peaceful and the cottage itself was lovely.

Came for the graduation ceremony at WCU. This house is close enough to everything but still a little bit out of the way to allow us to avoid the crowds. This is a wonderful house in a great location and I will certainly visit again, next time taking in all the great blue ridge hiking the area has to offer!

Big backyard was perfect for the dogs. The Cottage was just as described Very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. We contacted Brandon once for broken blowdryer and he offered to run one over in a couple hours. Very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again

This cottage is perfect! It is located in a quiet area. Francia's place is perfect for a weekend getaway with your dog. My miniature Schnauzer used the doggy door immediately. She loved the backyard. Everything about this place is comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect for us (couple). Fireplace was wonderful and plenty of firewood. Porch swing was a great place to spend the afternoon. I have already booked for the Fall for a return trip. Just can't say enough about how nice this cabin is in every way.

I have to admit that I am not the best at writing reviews after staying at airbnbs, but this one was especially great for our family. We were traveling with our baby and 2 dogs, and we found the space very peaceful and well suited for us. I loved their fence for the dogs and the way the bedroom and living area is situated. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

My wife and I were visiting family in Asheville and Mike and Cate’s Asheville East was perfect!!! Within a mile of my family’s place, very reasonably priced and the unit was spotless!! Looked brand new. Perfect for two. Fully-stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. Mike and Cate are excellent communicators and tell you what you need to know. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my fiancés birthday in Saluda as well as staying at Karen and Katie’s place. It’s an absolute adorable house that was perfect for the two of us and our service dog. Location was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely go back!

A peaceful, pet friendly place to stay just 4 minutes from the agriculture center. My dog and I felt right at home.

It was lovely to stay at Madeline’s place. The house had many thoughtful touches that we appreciated. The recommendations for places to eat and activities were also great. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Madeline’s warmth and communicativeness.

Quick getaway to the upstate while our daughter attended a camp function. Home was very very clean, well stocked kitchen. Simply decorated, zero clutter. A/C gets five stars all to itself!!! Quiet at night, close to everything we needed. 15 minute drive to downtown Greenville. Husband loved the blackout blinds in bedroom. Solid WiFi.

We enjoyed the quiet getaway. Beautiful Appalachian cabin that was modern and pleasant.

Debbie's lakeside retreat was a beautiful home away from home. It was the perfect size for 1-2 people and very well stocked (cooking essentials, grilling supplies, kayaking things, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). We LOVED having access to the lake and hanging out at the water. The area was very quiet and super relaxing. Also, the year round Christmas tree made me feel super cozy. Top tier air bnb.

It was a place I will never forget. Kelly & David did an amazing job taking care of us with all the snacks, bathroom supplies, etc. They made it feel like home. It was so private and peaceful! I would recommend that place to everyone! Kelly & David were amazing to me, they worked with me and were incredibly flexible. This place was amazing!

Ethan was a great host! The space was clean and well decorated inside, gave such a homey feel rather than the usual “hotel” feel that rentals give. The scenery was beautiful, I recommend waking up early to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises, so peaceful! If I pass through Canton again, I hope this spot is available!

Jane’s farm cottage is nothing short of a slice of heaven! She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and the little cottage had everything we needed! I loved the large cabinet that had puzzles, games and toys for young children, what a unique and thoughtful touch. My absolute favorite part was being able to wake up on the porch listening to the sounds of nature and drink my coffee while watching Jane’s precious animals also wake up with the sun. Jane is a one of a kind of host who truly has the gift of hospitality. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay at the cottage will be blessed by her presence and warmness! The cottage is close enough to Black Mountain to have easy access to a grocery store, shopping and restaurants as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Treetop. It was a girls getaway trip and it was exactly what we needed! The place was spotless, private, and easy to find. Erica was very prompt with her responses and extremely friendly. Black Mountain was close to Biltmore and Asheville yet far enough away to give you the perfect escape. Erica's recommendations in the guide for food and drinks were spot on! We also loved exploring the town and all the great shops. Hopefully we will get to come back one day! Sooner than later 😉

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment we drove up it felt like home.. The house is gorgeous and spacious and pristine and so comfortable. I appreciated the large closets and luggage racks, the comfy beds, the aesthetics. The location is perfect-the countryside is lovely, the location is private and quiet, and yet it’s a short drive into downtown Asheville. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had originally reserved John’s place for a kid-free few days, but when plans for our young children changed and we needed to add them to our reservation, we couldn’t have asked for a more gracious host or a more perfect spot for our family. We had the most wonderful time in Brevard and much of that was due to the welcome and hospitality shown by John and his family. The space was immaculate and perfectly appointed. For our solo parent vacay, we had not planned to cook, but when our children joined, making dinner at our home away from home made the most sense. And the kitchen here has everything I could want, but was not crammed with lots of unnecessary things. The spices from a local purveyor were such a lovely touch (and made for even more delicious meals!). The beds were comfortable and my children fought over the loft space in the second bedroom. On top of all that, we all loved the chickens (and their fresh eggs). A magical stay and we can’t wait to get back!
