Monthly Rentals in Brays Island

It was nice stay. He gave us farm tour in the morning. I could feel how much he loves his job. Kids loved the tour and playground. My son told me he wants to come back again. Only one thing I care was smell. The camping car was right next to the chicken coop so it has strong smell. If it locate a little bit far away, it will be much more comfortable place. Except that the place was gorgeous with farm animals and nature.

Excellent stay Great communication

This is perfect for one or two people. The view is incredible, it’s quiet and serene. The water and the dock are only several feet from the guest house…. At night, I would walk down to the end of the dock and look up at the beautiful sky. So many stars on a clear night . In the morning I would drink my coffee on the floating dock and watch the dolphins swim by . My parents live near and loved visiting me on the deck and sitting for hours sharing stories . My dad was thinking he and my mom would like to rent it for a weekend getaway . Definitely look at the welcome guide the homeowners put together as soon as you arrive.. really good instructions and great ideas for dining and entertainment. I would stay here again . We were blessed by our stay with Leslie! The view of the marsh was GORGEOUS!! In the midst of a cozy neighborhood with a low country feel and privacy of a personal cottage! We loved the calming and minimalistic beautiful decor that made for a relaxing and peaceful stay! Everything was perfect from the well stocked kitchen to the contemporary fixtures and luxurious shower in the bath! From the comfy bed to the cozy living space we felt right at home! The proximity of the cottage to lots of points of interest and activities made it a great place to spend our holiday ! Thanks to Leslie for her attentive and well thought out hosting, we can’t wait to return!
