my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.

A great cottage, lots of space and well furnished and equipped. Good off road parking on a fairly busy road. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely revisit.

Great stay! The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early, which was super helpful. The place was clean and had thoughtful extras like coffee, sugar, oil, and other basics that many places don’t provide. Everything was smooth and issue-free. Would happily stay again!

The Annex was ideal as a stopover when travelling north from Kent to Argyll at very short notice. So much more comfortable and stylish than a Premier Inn! The breakfast and complimentary drinks at the Farm cafe were excellent and set us up perfectly for the rest of our journey. We can certainly see ourselves staying at The Annex again.
