It was a nice stay for us !!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

It was a great apartment, we stayed there for few days. Vernonique has stored everything which can be needed for guest. There were also different board games, card games which we got a chance to play with and pass our time. Overall, its a very peaceful stay, very close walk to box hill central and restaurants.

My stay at Emily's could not have been better. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she was right there with a response. Her place is gorgeous and she has thought of everything to make her guests stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked. The bed is exquisitely comfortable. Superb. I hope to stay again. Thank you Emily.

Gian’s property would have to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Melbourne. Exquisite apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay with top of the range appliances and superb fit out. Great location with Flinders Lane eateries and entertainment venues at your door step with Flinders Street Station a few hundred metres away for Tram & Train transport. Contact and response was second to none, and the Car Lift reminded me so much of Europe where they are very common!! I can so highly recommend this property for that SPECIAL stay with your loved one. Thank you Gian for making my girlfriend’s birthday weekend an amazing one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very easy to access, underground parking was a big bonus for me thank u so much we really enjoyed your time, very relaxing warm and owner took time out to check us in after hours really appreciate it so much xx

Perfect location. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly and very clear instructions. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

What an amazing place to stay, so amazing that we extended our stay and will continue to visit Donna’s lovely flat, every visit to Melbourne. This place is very clean and tidy, has everything you need and so warm and cozy. Already excited for our next time visiting! Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Anna and Greg’s place — a true home away from home. Greg was very welcoming and gave us a great walkthrough of the house. They thoughtfully prepared a breakfast starter kit based on our preferences, including bacon, eggs, milk, and even chocolate teddies and popcorn for our son. The home was cozy and well-equipped with heated floors, comfy linen, a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules, cooking essentials, and Netflix. Our son loved the beautiful backyard, playing soccer daily, and enjoyed the toys, books, LEGO, and trucks provided. The location was peaceful and quiet, just 200m to a playground, 5 mins drive to Woolworths, and 20 mins drive to the city. Thank you, Anna and Greg, for such a comfortable and memorable stay!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean when I arrived, the comms from Mark, my host were great. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from Auburn train station which took me to the centre of Melbourne in about 20 minutes . I will definitely book with Mark again on my next visit to Melbourne.

Magdalena could not have been a lovelier host. Always responsive and prompt with great instructions. The apartment was as described and as it appears in photos. The added bonus is that it is walking distance from Westfield Shopping Mall and transport which is easy to access. It is also a peaceful retreat despite being so close to a busy road. You do not hear the road at all from inside the apartment. The building has a lovely entry and it is very safe. I highly recommend Magdalena's apartment.

This apartment was lovely and quiet and in a very nice apartment block. It was great being walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Michael was a great host and responded really quickly to any queries and requests I had and was very helpful.

Thankyou Alix & Taj, we loved your place, unfortunately for us we didn't get to experience it fully as were at a conference from early till late. We do hope to comeback and enjoy again soon. Carolyn, Laura, Patty & Kristina.

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.
