the apartment was well located and the perfect size for our 3 week stay - a second key fob would have made our stay perfect, as having just the one disallowed us going separate ways during the day - made great use of the washer and dryer

Lovely place in a quiet but super accessible neighborhood. Clean, spacious and comfortable! Sandra is a responsive and very helpful host. She immediately replaced a new kettle and toaster when I informed their existing one had issues. Highly recommended!

Mj’s place was clean, modern, spacious, and has great light from the many floor-to-ceiling windows. The place is well stocked with kitchen appliances & tools, blow dryers, fan, laundry detergent, etc. There are no food items provided, not even salt and pepper. I found it inconvenient to pick up the keys from a different location, & was only told this after booking. However the host was agreeable to me leaving them in the apartment when I left, which was better for me because I didn’t have a car. I would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is so quiet. You really forget you are in the city. Box Hill is a great location with HEAPS of places to eat. Steven was a wonderful host with excellent communication. Definitely recommend the accommodation to everyone and would like to stay again when we head to Melbourne next

We had a wonderful stay last night. The host was incredibly friendly and provided clear check-in instructions, including detailed information about parking, making it very easy to find the place. The room was spotless, well-organised, and very comfortable. The value for money was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We really loved our stay at this place. The proximity to restaurants, public transport, supermarkets was really convenient. The host was really responsive and the apartment was well maintained and matched the description. The only feedback I have is to include the Tower number in the description in the future as there was some minor confusion during the check in process. Overall, we loved our stay at this apartment and would love to book it again in the future. :)

The surrounding area is very convenient, it is the best location for Chinese people to choose a B&B

Great location, nice to have secure car park in the centre of the Box hill. To access level 2 car park was little bit trouble for us in the beginning, but after you figure out which lift brings you to the car park everything works out smoothly. BTW, the building's stucture is quite complicated as there are so many lifts, maybe add photos and instruction of which lift to use would be helpful.

The apartment is nice and clean. Location is very confident and really grateful with the hose being very responsive.

Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

convenient place to stay, walkable distance to tram stop and shopping mall. Cozy house and quiet neighborhood. One constructive comment for improvement would be to change the bed linen. Saw small spots of 'blood?' or dirt. Maybe can change new linen or deep clean the mattress and linen to remove the hard to remove stain. other that that, recommended place to stay when you're in Richmond.

Mark was an excellent host- very responsive, proactive and welcoming. The apartment was everything my parents required- well located, well stocked and in great condition. I would wholly recommend Mark and know where I’ll be booking the next time I’m in town!

I had a great stay at Jake’s Airbnb. It had everything you could need for a long or short stay. It also had a great work from home set up which was ideal. Richmond is such a good area with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The apartment has a tram stop a few seconds walk away which made getting around a breeze. I would highly recommend. It was lovely to stay at Julie’s airbnb. Exactly what I needed for my short stay. I was attending a course and my only regret is I didn’t have more time to spend at the place! I look forward to staying next time I visit Melbourne

Veronica's one bedroom apartment was clean, modern and well-equipped. The enormous balcony was great for a morning coffee or outdoor dining. Veronica also accommodated an early check-in and secure visitor parking (in addition to the apartment's parking spot). Went to the new restaurant around the corner, Decca by Adam D'Sylva, which was excellent. Great stay, would recommend.
