I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Emily’s place. She is an exceptional host, and her place offers such a warm atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease❤️ What really stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness and the strong emphasis on security, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s an ideal spot for solo travelers, as it provides a sense of safety and peace of mind. The value for money is outstanding, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and homely stay.

Selina was a fantastic and kind host. We had very engaging and interesting conversations about life whilst I was there and she even gave a lift to a friend I’d made at a conference that day when it was late at night. The house is huge and beautiful. The room is comfortable and the location is idea for attending conferences at the University of Birmingham. I’ve heard Selina receives a lot of academics and researchers. I would definitely stay again, if I had another conference at the university and thoroughly recommend staying with Selina.

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

I stayed with Tom and his wife for two weeks. It was a beautiful stay. I felt like I was in my home. The neighborhood is very quiet and the bus point is available near the house The kitchen is available in everything you need to cook Two friendly hosts I highly recommend it
