Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Boston

Johnny is an excellent host--easy to reach with questions, friendly, great attention to detail, and one of the best stocked kitchens, in terms of staples! This was the perfect location for our visit which centered around Cambridge and the surrounding neighborhoods.

The house is clean and well-maintained, nestled in a charming neighborhood filled with beautifully preserved historic homes. It’s within walking distance of the central campus and conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. A simple breakfast is also provided for added convenience.

The place was very clean and had all that we needed. Jovan was very helpful and even gave us bandaids when we needed them in an emergency. Loved the decorations and how many little touches they left to make our stay easy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Halyna’s Airbnb! The home was incredibly peaceful with no outside noise. The Airbnb was beautiful and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and Haylna checked in with us regularly and kindly accommodated a request we had, which we truly appreciated. Upon arrival she left us complimentary waters and snacks, she clearly puts in the effort to make sure her guests feel welcomed. The space was spacious and cozy. The beds were very comfortable with TVs in each bedroom. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The bathroom was clean and stylish with beautiful lighting, soft towels, and mini toiletries. Many shops near by! Driving is easier if you're picking up groceries, but walking works too. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, Haylna’s is by far the best. It’s well worth the money for the for the comfort, peace of mind, and thoughtful hospitality she provides. We’re already looking forward to staying again in the future. Highly recommended!

Marie and Andrew's place was terrific and exactly what we were looking for in our short trip to Cambridge. Having previously lived in this neighborhood in the past, we can definitely confirm that the location here is fantastic. Extremely peaceful, safe, and private but with restaurants, cafes, and the T all within comfortable walking distance. Marie and Andrew were extremely friendly and communicative to us through our stay, and the apartment was clean, neat, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking to visit the area.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Jennifer's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was comfortable and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, which allowed me to get some really good rest—exactly what I needed. It was also just a quick 20-minute drive to downtown Boston, making it the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and convenient location. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and kind and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Whether you’re visiting for business or relaxation, I highly recommend this spot. We had a great time here as a mother-daughter duo. The location is perfect for exploring without a car, with great restaurants, coffee, and a train stop within a quick walk. Our hosts were very gracious and kind, and we were very comfortable: comfortable bed, lots of room to unpack, a desk for writing, and a newly-remodeled private bathroom. Recommended!

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

Kathleen was a truly wonderful host - thoughtful, responsive, and clearly experienced in making guests feel right at home. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed (and a few things we didn’t even know we needed until we found them!). Spotlessly clean, with a seamless check-in process that made our arrival stress-free. The location was super convenient - close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax. My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time visiting Boston and Ryan's place made the travel and exploration so enjoyable. It's an 8min walk to the subway and it's super easy to hop lines! The area is really comfortable too, Target and Stop&Shop are an easy walking distance for extra groceries or anything else you would need. I would recommend anyone to stay here, as the place is small but comfortable and incredibly homey.

This was a perfect location for going to the US. This Place was beautiful looks exactly like the pictures,Peaceful and very relaxing made me feel right at home. Very responsive and helpful so I give this place a 10/10 everything was just good for me.

We loved this apartment! We were able to walk all over the city from this location, and the immediate street and neighborhood are charming. The apartment itself feels open and airy, and we were really comfortable. All the basics you need, while still being clean and homey.

David’s apartment in Cambridge exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was incredibly homey, comfortable, and clean. The location is wonderful and walkable to lots of spots in the neighborhood. David was also incredibly responsive and proactive in communicating with us. I already can’t wait to stay again!

Simple space for one person or a couple. Excellent location. Beautiful back porch. Very clean. Quiet and easy to fall asleep. Good coffee. Can hear birds singing in the morning.

Tim’s place is perfection in a beautiful community. Upon walking in, we knew immediately it was clean and going to be a great, comfortable stay. Walkable to shops, great restaurants, Fenway and more. We will be back and will def be looking to stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing peaceful getaway right around the corner from downtown Boston. A great location for walking and very easy to Uber to and from. Centrally situated and not too far from all the sites. Super clean home with everything my husband and sons needed. I especially enjoyed the back yard patio and all the natural sunlight in the living room and kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, walked everywhere, did not take the car out once during our stay. Onsite parking which is a big plus for the area. Historic home updated beautifully. Unit was very clean, would give cleanliness ten stars!! Matty responded quickly throughout the rental process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Konrad ‘s place is simply unbeatable for the price location and the sheer size and comfort of this loft It’s walkable to almost everywhere. It’s extremely safe. It’s few steps down to Chinatown. And you could easily walk to Newbury Street For me the best part of Konrad ‘s loft was the space. Airy and bright. A wonderful kitchen. Konrad himself was extremely responsive to any queries I had. Don’t think twice this is where you need to stay in Boston. Was super sad to leave.

We loved staying at Jennifer’s condo. A very quiet, walkable location with great neighborhood eateries. Definitely consider a visit to Waverly Kitchen. Very friendly staff and excellent food & cocktails. Jennifer accommodated us when our flight into Boston was delayed and we appreciated her help very much! Stocked kitchen and quality furnishings made her place feel like home!

Great location and very nice accommodation! Host was very thoughtful with detailed guide sent before we checked in. Walkable to almost all we had planned for the weekend. Would definitely recommend.
