We are 5-7 minutes from the 39 bus and 15 from the Orange line. There is microwave, fridge, counter and sink but no stove or cooking. Pls don't request to book more than 6 months in advance.

We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area. The space is in a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. It's on the first floor so there are no stairs!
