Holiday rentals with a patio in Bosanka

It was a very nice one bedroom with great view of the city walls and Fort Lovrijenac, most importantly with private parking just right at the door. The apartment is specious and neat. 5 minutes of walking down hill to the old town. Definitely my place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik!

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Stjepan was excellent in terms of communication. He wrote back immediately and even called me to help sort something out. As a host he goes above and beyond. A note about the stairs: There are a lot of stairs from Old Town (475), but not too many from the nearest road (133), so you could always take a taxi if you wanted to avoid the majority of the stairs. In my opinion, the view is definitely worth the climb and made even more beautiful by the exertion, like reaching the summit on a hike. The apartment was extremely clean and easy to find everything. The only possible drawback is the proximity to the three surrounding units. That being said, the owners of the units all seem to know each other and work well together to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. I highly recommend Stjepan’s apartment.

Super host and super Apartment!

Great apartment – spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning! The area is quiet and nice, and the host was super friendly and responsive. The additional advantage was private parking. Highly recommend!

Wow what a gem of a place!! You’re right in the heart of things, easily walkable to Old Town, but nestled in this picturesque cove. The balcony overlooks Beach Šulić, and there’s even a walk down directly to it. Absolutely loved our time here!

Beautiful place with a great patio looking out to an amazing view. The place was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only little thing is it is high up on a hill, which makes sense to get the wonderful view, but sometimes Ubers cancelled on us if it was too hot for us to walk down. Otherwise earlier in the day or in the evening the walk down was easy and had no issues getting an uber back up! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and really can't complain especially the view from the terrace is fantastic. Host Vesna is vert kind and always quick feedback on questions. It is highly recommended!!

Maja is very nice and the Airbnb is a very good one. It's a great value. Just keep in mind the location is outside Dubrovnik so you will have to take the bus or Uber into the city.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was brilliant, there were clear instructions for arrival! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and tidy and a perfect spot for exploring Dubrovnik and the old town. We would highly recommend Blaženka’s place.

Lovely stay in a great location. Super close to Old Town. It was a quaint accomodation and had everything we needed.

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The accommodation offered by Dragan is worth a visit, it is a beautiful accommodation very well maintained. Dragan is very responsive to any requests you may have, he will provide you with a multitude of useful links, for the location of the accommodation, views of Dubrovnik, nearby shops, good deals for visits etc. In short, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed and Dragan's mom is just as kind and welcoming...

Beautiful place to stay, with everything you need and ample amounts of space Lovely walk down into Cavtat (would recommend the bus back up!!)

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
