Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. The accommodation was exactly as described, in a great location 20 mins from the old town and 10 mins from a beach. There were several good restaurants close by, as well as a bakery and small supermarkets. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained and has fabulous views from the terrace. Mariana was a wonderful host and responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommend.

Antonia’s apartment was perfect! She was an excellent host, and the property was well-equipped and clean. In particular, the balcony was incredible. It was spacious, had a dining table and chairs, and a lovely large chair and footstool in the corner, perfect for working in the mornings or relaxing in the evenings. We stayed at La Scuola di Anna for a couple of days, and it was absolutely amazing! The place is full of charm, history, and peaceful energy. The surroundings are stunning—lush nature, the calm sea nearby, and the authentic atmosphere of Mljet made it a perfect escape.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Lovely place to stay. Nikolina was a great host and very helpful with information on how to get around the city and things to do there. The listing was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

Ana and Tomislav are the best hosts, their local recommendations were fantastic and at a very good price. They were great at responding to all our queries and made sure to check that everything was up to our expectations. The apartment is an absolute gem! Everything was spotless, there is plenty of room to relax and fantastic facilities. The location was great and you could walk to local shops, bars and restaurants and with the bus stop just a minute walk from the apartment you can get into the old town with ease. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! Book it straight away😂

Had a great stay at Antea. Friendly welcome with tips for the area. Easy to contact, quick response. Very kind and helpful. Just outside the old city, so you are in the city but do not have the hustle and bustle of the city. Walls with the neighbors are thin, so you have to be lucky for a quiet stay. Absolutely worth it, highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely stay in Marina’s place. A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony. A 20 min walk from the old town with a quiet swimming spot just across the road. A few steps to climb, but that’s how you get the view😀

We were personally welcomed by Betina and felt right at home. We laughed together right away and it was super warm! Almost like at home. Dinner and a great fruit basket were also waiting for us! Betina was always available to us, we got great tips for restaurants and for excursions on the island and have thus found corners that many tourists do not get to know. The place was as described. We loved the terrace. Especially the big grill where we grilled fish! A vacation at Betina's is a vacation like with friends! It was so nice! Thanks again!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
