The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, hands down. Ivana’s place is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The view? Pictures don’t do it justice. I spent endless hours on the balcony relaxing and taking in the view. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including drinks in the fridge, cereal, milk, a water bottle, coffee, cookies. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great too. No negatives. There is a bus stop just a minute away behind the house which makes commuting to the old town as easy as possible. It was a joy to stay here and Ivana is a model host.

Ivana was always very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was by far the best part of the place. It was an easy 15 minute bus ride the the old town and when you came back the whole area was peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walkway, beach a few minute walk. I would highly recommend Ivana’s place.

We felt like the King and Queen of this gorgeous little cove! With a private balcony overlooking a popular beach! It was simply spectacular. The place is perfect for two guests. Walkable to town, shops, restaurants etc. We loved it so much we found ourselves rushing back from town to sit on the balcony. I would highly recommend!

Valerija’s place was beautiful! It is in a wonderful location with a great view of the harbor. She is so thoughtful and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We even left a small bag with some clothes in the closet and she put in on a bus to Split for us to pick up. She went above and beyond to make our stay in Dubrovnik wonderful!

We absolutely love this place and would stay again. There is a tremendous amount of thought put into the design and decor and it is spotlessly clean. The bathroom felt like walking into a spa! The location is in the heart of Old Town, yet just enough steps away to keep it quiet. Nika is an incredible host that goes above and beyond to ensure a nice stay. She also provided recommendations on wonderful restaurants that we enjoyed.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the accommodation of Nane and her family. The communication went great, we were able to get into the apartment earlier and stay longer on the last day, everything was prepared for our baby and the apartment was modern and clean. Location is unique! Only separated by a small path directly by the sea. After Cavtat and to many restaurants, it is a nice walk by the sea. The terrace overlooking the sea was simply great. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Great place to stay! Sea view on one side, mountain view on the other, and a beautiful beach just 25 meters away—what more could you want? We even spotted dolphins from the balcony! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and supportive. Access to the house can be a bit tricky, so it’s best to check in during the daytime to familiarize yourself with the route. Once that’s done, accessing it at night is no issue.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

We had an amazing stay Dubrovnik. The AirBnB is walkable to Old Town and is a great place to relax and hang out. The place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and answered every question we had about the property. They also provided lots of good recommendations for places to eat, beaches and things to do.

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and about 15 minutes away from old town. Anita and her family are extremely welcoming and kind. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and a couple of restaurants. The best part of this place is how close is it to the water. Literally steps away. This is the perfect place to be if you want to be right on the water but also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of old town. If you are thinking of booking this place, do so!!!

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. I had a great stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. Communication with the owner was excellent — very quick and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The apartment itself is clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were even some spices, pasta, and cereals left by previous guests, which was a nice touch. The view from the window isn’t the most spectacular, but I still really liked it — it’s a cozy spot to have your morning coffee. There are two grocery stores nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
