We are located in the residential area of the town, just about 5 minutes from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and 1 minute from famous Banje Beach. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this incredible Airbnb in Dubrovnik! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our host Danijela was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with great local tips. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking view of the Adriatic and Old Town — waking up to it each morning felt like a dream. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Our 10- and 14-year-old kids absolutely loved exploring the city walls, alleyways, and all the charm Dubrovnik has to offer. This stay made our trip truly magical — we’re so grateful and would return in a heartbeat!

Apartment is in peaceful area walkable distance from Dubrovnik old town, perfect balance with enjoying the buzz of Old Town, and resting away from all crowds. There is easy buss connection available too. Instantly felt good when entering the apartment & apartment is very well equipped and clean& nicely decorated. Ivo is proactive & friendly host. Highly recommend staying at his apartment.

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room has a beautiful view of the city and 🌊😍 You can walk to the beach and to the city. Tamara is a great host!🔝 Downsides: If you are tired/bad weather etc. and you cannot walk the bus communication in Dubrovnik is poor (maps unclear, stations located far away from each other…), taxi/Uber is too expensive. If you are used to prepare meals/ want to save money (main dish in Dub starts from 20€ in restaurants), it would be complicated to prepare something due to lack of a kitchen. Other than that, we were super satisfied👍🏻🔝
