Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

The view was absolutely stunning and the apartment was thoughtfully laid out and furnished. Maris was very responsive and helped organise a driver to collect us late from the airport. It was around a 7min walk to Pile Gate, downhill on the way and uphill with some stairs (but very manageable) on the way back. We did a couple of trips to and from the old town each day. It was good to be able visit the old town early morning and late afternoon/ evening and retreat back to the apartment during the heat in the middle of the day. We had a great stay!

This place is great, very comfortable space, like new, super clean, all the amenities you can hope for. As other reviews have written, there are a lot of stairs, but that's clearly communicated and no issue if you dont have a stroller or mobility challenges.

It was such a great apartment and walking distance to the cable car and old town! It was peaceful and quiet at night which was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Mihovil was so nice and attentive, and very helpful when we arrived and left. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Private dock makes this place special! The highlight of this Zaton apartment is undoubtedly the private dock - an absolute gem that gave us unlimited access to swimming in the crystal-clear Croatian waters. Being able to take a dip whenever we wanted, with complete privacy, was priceless and made our stay truly memorable. The apartment itself is basic but functional. While the location is convenient for accessing the area, do note it sits on a busy road - light sleepers should bring earplugs. Transportation requires some planning - local buses are infrequent and schedules can be hard to predict. We relied heavily on Uber, which, while convenient, added significantly to our vacation costs. Despite the road noise and transportation challenges, the unique experience of having private water access in Croatia made it worthwhile.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Mlini! Everything was spotless and very well organized, and the view of the water from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Ana was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend staying here!

Just spent 9 perfect nights at Aldos. Superb spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need. Location was great, Cavtat is a beautiful place. Also helped us arrange a taxi transfer to pick us up when we landed and even took us back ro the airport at the end of our stay. We were really pleased withe nice touches in the apartment. He was very welcoming, even got used to the steep walk up from town.

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Great location to old town. Probably about 5 to 10mins walk to it. dubrovnik is a place filled with steps, but this house is probably only about 10 to 15 steps or so from the road. Thus, it's a very good location. All amenities included except you gotta bring your own shampoo and body wash because they don't have those two. But I asked the customer service about it and they offered to sent it over for us on request. So, overall it's a good customer service there. Quite prompt in request to solve issues if you have any. Otherwise, it's good and will highly recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday, We would highly recommend this villa, well equipped,spotlessly clean,beautiful view, and very peaceful.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week - 6 adults and 2 toddlers. This was the perfect villa! It was very clean, absolutely spotless. The villa is a great size meaning we all had plenty of space. Many bathrooms and balconies etc made it perfect for a few couples to be living in. The children loved the garden with the play set and the pool being fenced off was a brilliant feature to keep the young children safe. The pool area was an amazing feature to this house, having your own pool which is a good size and plenty of sun beds was fabulous. Lovely quiet area with no neighbours looking into the pool area etc, very private and chilled. The hosts live beside the house so are always on hand if needed and they communicate excellently throughout the stay. Ivo & his family were amazing hosts and we couldn’t have asked for any better. They even turned up with a cake on my father in laws birthday which was a lovely surprise and gave us parting gifts too. 100% would recommend, thank you Ivo and family!

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

We had a marvelous time at this place. It is a small peace of paradise where you can only relax and enjoy the hospitality of Darko. The room had everything you needed and was very clean. Darko prepared breakfast in the morning and in the evening there are plenty of restaurants to discover or you can even cook yourself. It was hard to leave!

Great location inside the city walls. Clean and very well organized space - precisely as described. The garden is a nice touch. The hostess Mare, was outstanding. The perfect balance of professional responsivity, assistance and information, while giving guests uninterrupted quiet enjoyment time to take in the location and history. Thank you. We had an awesome stay here, so central to everything and such a nice place to relax after walking around Dubrovnik Old Town! Would 100% stay here again. Beautiful apartment and can't beat the location, right in the heart of the Old Town.

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment was great. We were even able to check in a little early. Apartment was very clean and tidy. We were given many things in the apartment to use and the refrigerator was filled with water, wine and beer. You felt very comfortable. Communication regarding check-out without problems. Very friendly interaction with each other. The apartment is many stairs away from the old town/new port. But we did everything on foot and that was totally okay. The value for money was definitely very good. We didn't regret choosing this apartment for a second and look forward to coming back soon.

Our stay was fabulous. We arrived earlier than the check in time and left far later than check out time due to our flight times and Ivana accommodated this without issue. I was celebrating a big birthday and my sister communicated with Ivana and I arrived to balloon’s and cake. A really lovely surprise. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Other than heating the pool (didn’t stop my family but I really don’t like cold water), I cannot and would not alter a thing. Its views are stunning, and I would 100% recommend Ivana and her apartment.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
