We had a great time. The accommodation is comfortable and very close to a wide and uncrowded beach. Luciano was a very helpful and attentive host in responding to all our requests. The delayed check-out was particularly appreciated.

We stayed in Alessandro's apartment the first week of September. What can I say!? Very cozy, large house, within a safe area, with private access to the beach. The sea is really close, which is very important to us having an 8-month-old baby. Terracina and San Felice Circeo are minutes away. Lastly, Alessandro is a super helpful person, attentive to the needs of his guests! Excellent tips on restaurants and attractions in the area. Thanks to Alessandro, we will definitely be back!

The place was fine, the host sent clear instructions on how to get to the place and where to park. The apartment was large and spacious enough. The only thing that could be better was the bathroom, specifically the shower that could be cleaner, but otherwise everything was fine. And also the trash separation instructions could have been more specific, but our fault was that we didn't ask the hosts before, so it's okay. Overall review is⭐️ 4.5/5⭐️

Impeccable experience. I spent three days with my friends at Mr. Andrea's property. What if not everything is perfect. We arrived in the morning and Andrea immediately let us into the house despite the late afternoon check-in. We immediately found the property which was perfectly clean and tidy. The house is comfortable and not too big, the air conditioner is located in the center of the living room, allowing you to freshen up the property in minutes. There are two bathrooms, perfect if you are more than two. We had a small issue with the sink that Andrea promptly resolved promptly and warmly. The garden is exquisite with a wooden table perfect for alfresco dining. The house is a 5-6 minute drive from the coast and 15 minutes from the Circeo port. I would definitely return to Mr. Andrea's structure, which I thank for the vacation you gave us.
