What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Great location. Bed amazing, providing an amazing night sleep. I almost didn’t sleep want to get out of bed! Cosy, so much we had no issue having nights in. Host super responsive and helpful.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Wonderful stay with our two young children & in-laws. The view took our breath away when we first arrived. We loved having the beach access at the end of the garden where the kids enjoyed crabbing most mornings & evenings. We walked in to Ryde numerous times, both along the street but also along the beach when the tide was out. We all slept incredibly well in the very comfy beds. Great amenities and well stocked kitchen. Would 100% recommend for a beautiful stay away on the Isle of Wight. Thanks Beth!

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay here, in a tranquil setting, with cool touches such as a record player & hammock, with good restaurants and the races within walking distance. And the sea a short drive away. Tamzin was a perfect host.

Mary’s house is exactly as described It’s not the fanciest air bnb I have stayed at but is extremely well done And is very good value We felt right at home We really enjoyed our stay Little things like milk butter and jam along with fresh crumpets made it extremely welcoming I think Mary could teach some other Air BnB hosts a great way of doing things Thank You

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

Another nice stay at Mark’s cozy apartment. Flat is super-clean, smells nicely with cleanness. Perfectly clean bed linen and towels, comfy mattresses, spotless bathroom and kitchen. Was very nice to find a little tasty treat from Mark to greet us on the arrival (thank you very much, Mark, it was yummy☺️). Mark was replying instantly for every message and was helpful and suggestive. Special thank you for an extra effort Mark made, so we were able to check in earlier and check out later! Thank you very much for everything, Mark, 5* for you as usual☺️

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Fiona's apartment is a very good size for a one bed apartment and it was very clean and bright - looks even better in real life than in the photographs. Location was excellent and we were fortunate to get parking across from the apartment for the 2 nights that we were there. We didn't get to meet Fiona but communication was always very friendly and timely. We look forward to returning for another visit at some point in the near future

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

This is a real GEM of an apartment if staying in Chichester. Just a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Apartment is super clean, very modern with excellent amenities. Bright functional and stylish - even has air con. Lovely big picture window - overlooking train tracks but triple glazed so noise not intrusive. Lovely outdoor seating area. Not a huge apartment but very well laid out - excellent wifi/tv/sonos. Couldn't fault it. Perfect little pad.

We booked the Lobster Pot for my wife’s 50th birthday. It was the perfect venue, location (very close proximity to the beach and restaurants). It was exactly as the description and immaculately clean. The hosts were very proactive before, during and after, which helped contribute to the perfect trip. We would not hesitate to book the Lobster Pot again. Thanks Justin and Emma.
