Absolutely spotless , gorgeous high spec penthouse. Could not fault it one bit, my mum had mobility issues but still we walked 6 mins to the restaurant each night easily. Beds super comfy and gorgeous bathrooms. Our fault but we thought it overlooked the sea from the balcony it doesn’t but in the end that didn’t distract from the location. Convenient to loads of places for days out. Highly recommend. Thank you

Wonderful apartment for a getaway! Host was very friendly and their good communication ensured the whole experience was smooth. The seafront view was lovely, and the location was spot on. The apartment was light, clean and provided all necessary amenities.

Lovely stay again.Easy parking. Convenient corner shop and excellent Indian restaurant round the corner. Other small shops nearby that are good as in take away coffee shop and a small smart pub. Flat comfortable with adequate provisions. Would stay again

My family and I had a lovely time, Emily was so kind and professional, she accommodated all of our needs and made sure we felt right at home. There was nothing wo could have asked for, even ice in the freezer for a nice chilled drink! Thank you so much for having us, I highly recommend Emily as a host and her beautiful place. Lovely and immaculately clean apartment close to the beach. Living room is well stocked with books and board games for rainy days. There are regular buses between Chichester and East Wittering which is very handy if you're not travelling by car. Beach (was Billys) cafe is great for breakfast or lunch, also Pecorino takeaway pizza deserves a shout out too. Walk along the beach to West Wittering is very doable. Nice destination for a trip to the seaside.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Wonderful place to stay and explore Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. The apartment is clean, well thought out and more than comfortable for a family. Book it now, you will not be disappointment.

Stu and Babs' place was perfect for a quiet weekend by the sea! We had a wonderful time. The Annexe is lovely; spotless, has everything you need, and in walking distance from the beach, coffee shop and pub. Stu and Babs were so helpful and communicative - thank you!

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

This is our favourite Airbnb by a long shot. The "nest" was spotlessly clean and sits on a lovely, peaceful plot with amazing views. Clive and Caroline are wonderful hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. Highly recommended.

The penthouse apartment was just as described. The view from the sitting area over the water was amazing at all times of the day. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable although a couple had small windows without blinds - which meant the rooms were bright early in the morning - it being beautiful summer weather during our stay! The location is good for strolls along the esplanade to the various places to eat. Simon, our host, responded promptly to questions. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Gary is the perfect host. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. After just a couple of minutes of meeting Gary you feel like you are chatting to an old friend. He welcomes you for check in and explains how everything works then leaves you to enjoy the privacy that Myrtle retreat offers. However he is always on hand to help and offer advice should you require it. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for your stay. Located in a beautiful old village with numerous pubs, restaurants and tea houses Myrtle Retreat is the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Wight. As if all this isn’t enough for the ideal holiday the private swimming pool is the icing on the cake a stunning place to relax after a day discovering everything the island has to offer. I 100% would recommend Gary and Myrtle Retreat to anybody looking to visit IOW. And will definitely look to book again next time I am on the island.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️
