Kay's apartment was absolutely superb for us and she was such a great host. She was able to provide a travel cot and high chair at the last minute as silly grandparents had forgotten to pack them. It was no problem for Kay and she'd got it in position by the time we arrived, for which we were all extremely grateful. The apartment is located in a great spot with direct views over the estuary and Arun yacht club and a 5 minute walk from the beach and high st! We were greeted with a lovely basket containing sourdough bread, homemade biscuits, milk, jam, marmalade as well as plenty of tea bags, coffee & sugar! All the beds were comfortable as was the sofa and easy chairs in the lounge/diner. We all would recommend the local fish & chip shop Osca's as the food there was fantastic!

Little Beacon was the perfect cozy house from which to explore the Selsey beach. The house was a great size for our family, and we enjoyed the option of sitting inside in the conservatory or outside on the terrace. Very quiet surroundings and lovely to just open the stable front door and breathe in the sea air and amazing view of the beach right in front of you. All together a great place for a weekend get away.

This property is amazing 2 balcony's front of house during day rear of house to catch late evening sun, Lovely and clean and everything you need at hand also how many times have rented a place and expect you to survive a week one one toilet roll not here over 10 in the 3 toilets . Lovely view if you can't be bothered to do the 2 minute walk the the beach front then sit on balcony and watch the day go by, absolutely loved our week.

We had a great stay at Blakes place for a Birthday celebration. The caravan was comfortable and spacious in a peaceful part of the park near wild meadow walks. We walked to the coast and enjoyed the sunshine on the decking area in the late afternoons . Thanks Blake for allowing us to use your super home.😊

A lovely house for a family holiday. Good location, just a short drive to the beach and local beauty spots on the estuary. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Quiet, secluded and very peaceful… everything we needed was there, including wonderful, welcome goodies. The beds were very comfortable …. All in all the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Thank you, Charlie !

Great cottage with a lovely set up and in a great location. Just what we needed for the weekend and fully delivered.

Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Lovely quiet place which was cosy. Great location to see Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Southampton. Can walk to beach within 30 mins. Comfortable place with all amenities. You need a car but not tricky to get onto main motorways. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Relaxing break, no traffic, serene.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous cottage. It was the perfect venue and location for time away with friends. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

We really enjoyed the stay, it was just what we wanted, a little break and breathing space after a serious health diagnosis. It was quiet, maybe the time of year. Staff around the place were pleasant and helpful. The beach was really close and almost deserted, we went every day. My daughter and grandson used the pool, which they said was lovely. My only complaint would be the quality of the mattresses, sadly really uncomfortable,also, not sure if it just how it always is but the toilet didn't flush well, we used a nearby toilet for anything more than a number one(sorry if that's gross)

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

We've just spent two nights at Stellar Maris and it did not disappoint! An absolute gem of a place! Very clean and tidy, well equipped small kitchen. A lovely comfortable king size bed, a good shower, fresh towels and robes! There was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch! Cereal, crumpets, butter and jam as well as good coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc..... Everything we needed. We also liked the fact we had off road parking and a nice secure garden for the dog. It's in a wonderful location 2 minutes walk from the beach. Anthony and Tim were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome 🙂 We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back soon!

We have a wonderful stay at Clair’s cottage . It was perfect for us .. full of character and charm and so close to the sea. Clair as so helpful and incredibly responsive to messages . We hope to return and stay a little longer next time 💕

Deer View Lodge was very well presented and spotlessly clean on arrival. It had everything we needed and there were some nice touches which made the place feel homely. We were able to check in and out easily. It was in easy reach of some nice pubs and beaches. We would definately book again if we come back to the area

Place was spotless and clean. Small issue with pull out bed but worked around it. Contacted the owners and very quick response and explaination. Perfect location for what we needed the place for. Partner found the main bed a little too firm, but thats just down to preference. Overall a good stay. Many thanks.

Christopher was more than helpful giving super clear instructions before our arrival, and checking in once we were settled (via message). We felt like we had a very private stay even though it’s an annex on the main property. Everything was clean and well thought about. Would recommend any time.

Place was spacious for 3 couples & a bonus having an en-suite each. We were very lucky with the weather so we were able to sit outside & enjoy the garden. Several places in walking distance to eat out.

We’ve had a lovely few weeks at The Piglets. With limited mobility we needed an accessible, comfortable place to stay. Our accomodation - No1 Barn - far exceeded our expectation. Everything we needed had been thought of and was already in the barn. Lovely sunny space with a magnificent dawn chorus - we’ve been lucky. Highly recommended - we certainly hope to be able to go and stay again. Alison is a great host and very pro-active. Top marks Thanks for having us D & L
