Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bognor Regis

The location was perfect — close to the Co-op for easy shopping and just a 15-minute walk to East Wittering and the beach, which was ideal for our family day out. George met us at the house with the keys, and he was very welcoming, showing us around and explaining how everything worked, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. There was a lovely little park across the street which the children appreciated. The hot tub was definitely the highlight for the children—they absolutely loved it! The property had everything we needed for a short, relaxing break, and we really appreciated that we could have brought our dog along. Overall, a lovely stay in a great spot. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Charlotte‘s Cottage is situated in a calm and private area which guarantees a calm stay. It was absolutely spotless and equipped to the highest standards (option of booking a hot tub on the patio - booking it is worth every penny). Charlotte answered promptly (to our request which we placed on very short notice) and got the cottage cleaned to move in within some hours. When checking in we discovered a huge welcome package with local produce. During our stay she was helpful und offered several things like raspberries proactively. As we had several bad experiences with BnBs in the past we can say that Charlotte is going the extra mile regarding cleanliness and support as a host! If you want a nice holiday - book the Orchard Cottage 👍

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. We came on the train - so no car. For us it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, all very easy. The place is beautiful, a lot of character. Plenty of space for everything you’ll bring. Hot tub was a great addition which we loved using most of the nights we were there. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Place was so lovely and light inside with the views out to the sea. We were especially grateful to have a later check out to be able to stay longer and have more time in the area. Perfect place for family and dog!

A fantastic property in very good condition - the decking is a great sun trap and lovely place to relax. The management were very responsive when queried and answered any questions and resolved any issues immediately. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time. The caravan was clean and homely . Had everything you need in the caravan and the added extra of bread , milk and shortbread was a nice extra touch. The kids loved the hot tub and the board games in the caravan. Jack contacted me on the morning of our stay with instructions on how to check in etc which was easy and caravan was easy to find with his instructions.

Jo’s place is fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, and fireplace were clean and new, and her instructions were very helpful to get everything running. The cabin was extremely clean, and had all the amenities you need for an amazing stay. Jo’s also an extremely friendly and responsive host, and cares about your privacy. Overall, we had an amazing experience, would definitely come back again.

the caravan was clean and everything we needed was provided e.g cups, plates, cooking utensils, washing up liquid and clothes. the bedrooms were a good size and fairly comfortable beds. the caravan was in a great location the facilities were brilliant and we found out they had entertainment every night which was brilliant if you didn't want to leave the park. the decking outside the caravan was perfect for evening dinner and just to relax whilst the sunsets. I would definitely come back and Steven was very quick to respond if I needed any help

I stayed for one night at this charming cottage by the pond and really enjoyed the peaceful, natural surroundings. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, with lovely views and the added charm of nearby farm animals. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent facilities provided. Thank you to the host for keeping the cottage so clean and well-equipped. It was a short but truly relaxing experience. highly recommended!

We highly recommend the Alpaca Lodge! The communication was excellent from the outset, with Laura being very accommodating to our requests. We appreciated the freedom to explore the land within the sensible guidelines provided. The cute welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The living space was great, but the jacuzzi was truly outstanding. Soaking in it with the fairy lights creating such a lovely atmosphere was a highlight of our trip. We'd happily stay again!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. Really clean and was stocked up with everything you could need. They have a great fan in there to use but id recommend bringing one if it’s going to be around 30 degrees because it does get a little warm in there. Overall they couldn’t have provided anymore it was lovely and I would definitely stay again.

After the chaos of a bank holiday weekend and celebrating my fiancés birthday, this peaceful and relaxing getaway was exactly what we wanted! The views were stunning, the lodge was immaculate and cosy, and there’s a lovely little pub, The Ship and Anchor, across the road. Sally was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. It rained both days we were there, but that didn’t dampen the charming countryside view from the hot tub! We’ll definitely be back!
