Holiday rentals with a patio in West Sussex

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

Great place to stay overnight before flying out. Cristina's place was neat, tidy and comfortable.

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Perfect - accommodation, host, location The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and Shirley is a very good host. Cannot fault it at all. Hassocks has a train station, pub, several cafes and restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets - all within a 5-10 minute easy walk. Everything you need, as well as public footpaths and walks to explore.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

A very relaxing, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. Michael’s place suited our needs perfectly. Michael and Linda were lovely hosts and were exceptionally helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for train into Brighton during Marathon weekend. Did not want to leave! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

Lovely accommodation just the right area for us, easy to find with clear instructions. Very clean and had all we needed for our stay with convenience store right next door. David responded to any messages very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan
