Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Loved it! Across de street from Gunwharf Quays, you can’t ask for a better location. AND on the eleventh floor, water side so the view is spectacular. Loved everything about the flat and would come back every time I’m in Portsmouth.

Good value for amount paid. Once we figured out how to use the electrical appliances (turning on/off power with each use and pulling on cord to activate the shower) - {HaHa} everything was fine.

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

our second stay in Sally's beautiful flat in such a great location in central Worthing. A lovely peaceful, tree-lined street right by all amenities and the sea front. As ever, Sally was the best host: so friendly and going out of her way to be helpful but not in any way intrusive. Fabulous place to stay, highly recommended 🌟

A comfortable apartment with a real Regency vibe. Great view over the Promenade and out to sea. Stuart was an excellent host and keeps the apartment in beautiful condition. Lots to do and see. Highly recommended.

the appartement was in great walking distance of the city center, the pier and other things. Witht the beach and the sea right outside, it felt luxurious and relaxing.

Kay's apartment was absolutely superb for us and she was such a great host. She was able to provide a travel cot and high chair at the last minute as silly grandparents had forgotten to pack them. It was no problem for Kay and she'd got it in position by the time we arrived, for which we were all extremely grateful. The apartment is located in a great spot with direct views over the estuary and Arun yacht club and a 5 minute walk from the beach and high st! We were greeted with a lovely basket containing sourdough bread, homemade biscuits, milk, jam, marmalade as well as plenty of tea bags, coffee & sugar! All the beds were comfortable as was the sofa and easy chairs in the lounge/diner. We all would recommend the local fish & chip shop Osca's as the food there was fantastic!

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cian’s studio. All sites, restaurants and shops in Arundel are on walking distance. The studio is very comfortable and clean. Parking in the street is not always available but there is always (free) parking space available in the direct proximity.

The Coach house is an absolutely superb place. It turned out to be even better than the photos and description on the Airbnb website. We've stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, this is probably the best one by some way. The house is perfect for 2 people, plenty of space and very well furnished. The kitchen is clean ,modern, well equipped and accessible. The coach house is at the back of the garden of the main house, (which is stunning by the way), very tranquil with a patio area for al fresco dining. The coach house is a 5 minute walk from the village of Emsworth. There are many good walks to be had in the locality. Emsworth is also a great base for setting out and exploring the many great spots in Hampshire and West Sussex.Katie and Michael are superb hosts, . We were warmly greeted on arrival, and they were helpful and responsive at all times during our stay. We plan to stay here again in September.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (5 people) and our dog! Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive before and after check-in with local recommendations and assistance with the house. He responded immediately when there was confusion over the wifi password (it had been changed!) and helped us set the right temperatures on the thermostat remotely. He also left goodies in the kitchen for us, our 2 children and our pup, all of whom were very happy! The house was in an excellent location and near wonderful nature reserves, towns, beaches and castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would highly recommend his place!

what a beautiful house. we came down for work, stayed for 2 nights, clean, quiet, comfortable and literally looks like the phots in the description. Ricky the host was amazing with communication, clear instructions how to find the property. the house had every amenity that one would need, kitchen was new and modern, washing machine and dryer if you need it, plenty of places to sit and relax. highly recommend it. thank you for making our time and stay, stress free and comfortable nissen

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Light bright spacious flat with retro feel, conveniently located opposite Hove station & within easy walking distance to central Brighton. Perfect for a weekend catch up with friends.

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

Perfect location for both the beach and shopping/visiting/eating out in Worthing (all walkable). We arrived by car and Triin took care of our parking needs, which was much appreciated. The flat also has everything you need for a relaxing night in, if that’s what you need after a long day of tourism or spending time with your family.

Really nice appartment. Lokation was perfect, and all though the appartment is right in the city center, it was very quiet.
