We flat right at home, the flat is in a quite residential area and the metro is around 6-7mins walk. Overall great experience, I will definitely return on my next visit to Munich in 2026

It was a really nice stay! Despite the somewhat cramped spaces, the apartment is very comfortable, very clean and well cared for. The outdoor area is a small gem that adds additional comfort. The setting is beautiful, in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery. The train station is conveniently located, allowing you to reach the city center in no time. Eva was always very nice, providing us with all the necessary information to enjoy the apartment. Self check-in then allows you to have extreme flexibility of schedules, without particular constraints. Recommended!! Thank you so much Eva, super host 💖

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

Found the apartment as described and made ourselves right at home. We appreciated the accessable location but quiet neighborhood. Slept with Windows open. Google maps took us to back door originally, access to apartment is via front. Highly recommend!

Come and visit the Bauma show and spend 5 days in Julia's homestay with a great experience in all aspects. First of all, the homestay is very close to the exhibition hall, there is the S line about 1 kilometer on foot, there are dm and another big supermarket near Baldham station, and there are several restaurants that can solve the problem of transportation and eating well. Second, the B&B is on the 3rd floor loft, which is more spacious than imagined, and there is no need to worry about bumping at all. The bed is also large and comfortable. There is a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and all kinds of facilities are very new and useful. Finally, the host, Julia, is very nice and welcoming, recommended several restaurants nearby, and responded to questions in a timely manner.

Hanns met us at the apartment and even let us come a little early. He made sure we had everything we needed and that all our questions were answered. Location is OK but close enough to the U to get around quickly. There was a fair amount of traffic noise so bring your earplugs. I was concerned about cigarette smell since it's allowed but it was fine, even for my super smeller wife. Totally worth it for the price and it was basically last minute for Oktoberfest.

Giselle's house is in an area of residential Munich, well served and well connected to the center. Spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was like being at home, with everything you need especially if you are traveling with small children. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality.

The farm is in a secluded location and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. A great organic and vegetable market is within walking distance. On the farm itself, we, a family of 10, had a wonderful time. The rooms are remarkable and the kitchens (summer kitchen, wine kitchen) are well equipped. We were lucky with the weather and were able to be outside a lot. The children were thrilled with the animals and the trampoline. We really enjoyed our time there!

We had a great stay at Hans' Airbnb! Hans was very nice, courteous and took the time to show us everything in peace. The house was clean, cozy and exactly as described. We were particularly pleased with the three lovely cats - they made the stay even more beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We would definitely recommend this apartment! We stayed as 2 couples, and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and the space was laid out in a tidy and effective manner, while still feeling inviting. Our host, Pia, did a wonderful job—prompt communication, helpful suggestions for the area, always polite and cheerful. She was a pleasure to book with and made our stay a joy. The neighborhood is charming, with a quiet, local feel with the apartment conveniently located to groceries, pubs, and restaurants. The tram is extremely convenient as well, for exploring the busier parts of the city. Would highly recommend this host and this location to anyone wanting to experience Munich.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Benedikt was a great host. He followed us from the beginning and was always ready and available. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with all comforts.

We stayed in this apartment with a two-year-old. The spaces were spacious, the area quiet and not far from Monaco. The furniture was a little dated but had everything you need. The hosts are a nice, quiet and helpful couple. There is also a nice dog. We recommend it as a base for visiting the surroundings of Munich and Bavaria.
