Holiday rentals with a patio in Bogenhausen

Monika is an extremely friendly, helpful and responsive host. She welcomed me in person even though I arrived a little later than planned. She loaned me a small suitcase when I had to go on a couple of short side trips during my long stay, and more. Monika's place is centrally located and it only takes minutes to get to sights, restaurants or businesses on foot or by bus or tram or underground. Despite the central location the place is surprisingly quiet in a courtyard. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at Laura’s flat. Located close to the heart of Munich, it’s at walking distance to most of the objectives and also near plenty of good bars and restaurants. The flat itself is very cosy with a great terrace where one can enjoy some beers. Laura was also very responsive, flexible and helpful. Strongly recommended!

For Munich, the apartment is probably inexpensive and easy to reach from the train station. Bus stop in front of the house. The apartment is located between 2 S-Bahn stations, each of which can be reached in 12 minutes. However, it only runs every 20 minutes. The apartment on the 3rd floor has a nice view of the green areas between the apartment blocks. It's amazingly cold on the feet. So bring socks. The small kitchen is equipped with the essentials, so we didn't have to go out to eat

We felt very comfortable in the modern and lovingly furnished apartment. For our visit to the Therme Erding and Munich, the location was perfect for us due to the short distances. The communication with Tamara, Edith and Heinz worked great both in advance and on site and we felt welcome directly at the horse farm. We will be happy to come back!

Great place very clean and loads of space. It seemed like everything was very new inside and a nice space outside.

Marons apartment has a special atmosphere, it is simple and very tastefully furnished. (Among other things, I had a lot of fun with the selection of books🙂...). The area is quiet, an Edeka supermarket is nearby. The center of Munich is easy to reach by tram. Maron's sister welcomed us very nicely, and Maron responded quickly and attentively to our questions. So: Gladly again!

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend staying with Thomas. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you need. Thomas was very friendly and I can recommend the accommodation with some reservations!

Home away from home. Sophia’s house was wonderful & spacious. All the rooms are upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed some local beer thanks to Sophia. Would stay again. It’s about :30 from the city (Uber is 40-60) and can be tricky getting large uber to city. Supposedly local transportation is easy to navigate, but we were a bit intimidated.

I will be here again if any need in future.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Everything was as described, the area is very quiet and a rest comes here as if by magic. Duran is always there for his guests and nothing is missing, I really felt very comfortable and relaxed, I can only recommend a movie night on the big TV🫣. I'd love to come back.

Everything great! Very nice house, great decor, very quiet. There is even a bulging bookshelf. Everything was there for cooking, spices, oils, etc. For the welcome there were pretzels and small snacks as well as chilled drinks. Wifi was good. We will be happy to come back!

Tom’s place was quiet and felt very safe. The pictures and description of the home were accurate. We arrived early and he let us keep our luggage at the property until it was time to check in. The bus stop was a short walk from the property that made it easy to get around the city. Tom was very helpful on helping us figure out public transportation. All around great place and would stay again!

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are not otherwise common. For example: coffee capsules, many towels, body lotion,... a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course great in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗

Very nice apartment with all you need. What was a bit difficult to see from the description is, that the queen size bed is in a separate bedroom, and then there are two mattresses on the floor in the upstairs room separated by a half wall and no door.
