We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were very warmly welcomed and guided through the house. Already during the tour we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. We had more than enough space for 8. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Very kind and friendly, there were no problems with check-in, although we were faster than the agreed time on the site, the lady didn't make any problems with it all. Good location close to hbf from which there are trains to dorthmundt if someone is going to dorthmund, e.g. for a game, I highly recommend this place.

We spent two days in this great accommodation. The check-in worked great. We were already expected and received a clear briefing. The apartment is superbly equipped, cozy and everything is clean. We slept very well, because the bed has a great mattress. Communication was smooth and messages were answered quickly. We would definitely come back here.

Small touches like drinks in the fridge made you feel comfortable right away. The location of the apartment is also very nice and quiet. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

Beautiful location at the top of a hill, surrounded by nature between Vorhalle, Herdecke and Wetter. You can walk a trail through the woods, down a hill into Herdecke in about 15 minutes. Very comfortable, clean and cozy unit. We were able to keep our bicycles on site and enjoy the unit car-free. I also appreciate that the unit is smoke-free. Stefan and his family are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
