Apartment holiday rentals in Bochum

As usual, our stay was great. Great little apartment for 3 people, close to downtown. Everything we needed was there. Washer and dryer a big plus for a longer stay.

Apartment is very close to the main station. Apartment has almost everything what you would need. Friendly communication and flexible check out. Highly recommended.

We were able to accommodate a family member. The communication was super friendly, fast and left no questions unanswered from the beginning. When we picked up the recovered and happy guest, we even met Sonja, who was bursting with warmth. :) The accommodation is now our number 1 when someone is looking for something in Bochum. :) Thank you and all the best!

Everything great, only small drawback of the TV, if you plan to watch something you should bring a laptop with HDMI cable to be able to watch something on the TV. (YouTube and co.) Otherwise, everything was great and I was very satisfied.

We were there over the weekend and were very satisfied. The location is wonderful for a trip to Lake Kemnader and you can also get to Bochum very quickly. Gholam was always available and organized everything very well.

We enjoyed the stay in the flat situated in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well furnished. We loved the homey accents in the house. Thanks also for welcoming us with some local foods for breakfast. We felt right at home.

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I felt totally comfortable right away and would definitely come back if I was in Essen again. Thanks again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

A very clean and quiet home with very nice hosts! We stayed there for a weekend because we were invited to a wedding in Gelsenkirchen, which is why the location was great for us. The apartment was very cozy, coffee and something sweet were just as available as cool drinks (for 1 each). We felt very comfortable and can therefore recommend the accommodation without hesitation!

We were absolutely satisfied, everything was clean, enough towels and bedding available. The house itself is quite noisy and the neighbors are not the quietest, leaving windows open at night is difficult, as the apartment is directly on a main street and therefore also quite loud. What was the absolute non plus ultra, I wrote Jan-Niklas Saturday evening, if we could possibly do a little later checkout and he almost immediately answered and we could sleep wonderfully. Thanks again for that!!! 🥰

The apartment is very conveniently located in the best area of Bochum, near to both the station and the central area as well as the pretty neighbourhood around the Schauspielhaus (theatre). and yet it's very quiet. Stayed there with a toddler, the place has got everything you may need for a family stay. I highly recommend it

Great, we came for a conference at the health campus of the university for 2 nights with 3 guests and the location was perfect for that. The subway is about 5 minutes' walk, the location is quiet and beautiful and in the apartment you feel right at home. Maurice and Dominik were always easy to reach and also accommodating and flexible with the check-in. Thanks!

Very beautiful and modern furnished apartment.

We visit our family in Bochum regularly. And by chance, we came across Michael and Conny's apartment. Everything is a wonderful fit for us. In the basement you can also park bicycles which are just too ideal for extensive tours in the excellent bike path network. We'll be back later in the year.

The price was fully worth it - the accommodation is very well maintained and looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures - really the perfect time out for couples Maria is super sweet and mega accommodating :) Thank you very much for this great experience - we will definitely come back!

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The stay at Vitali's was very pleasant. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. There is everything you need and you could reach Vitali quickly and well, for example, if you wanted to use the sauna or the pool or had other questions. I was able to take my dog with me without any problems and I could have brought my cats as well, which was extremely friendly. There are beautiful meadows and great reservoirs in the area, so we were able to enjoy the time very much. I'd love to do it again. ☺️

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
