From the spacious living area and bedroom you can each access your terrace with a south-facing orientation. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything else you need. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a large floor-to-ceiling shower. From the apartment you can reach the beautiful Lake Constance in approx. 5 minutes on foot.

Die Wohnung verfügt über Küche, Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Schlafzimmer mit einem 180 x 200 Boxspringbett und wird mit Fußbodenheizung beheizt. Der Wohnraum besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas, Fernseher und einem Essplatz direkt gegenüber der Küche.
