Thanks for a great stay! Everything was exactly as described – the accommodation was super clean and very well equipped, it really lacked nothing. We felt at home from the first moment. We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were very warmly welcomed and guided through the house. Already during the tour we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. We had more than enough space for 8. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. A very nice and well-kept cottage with everything you need – practically furnished and equipped with every comfort. Extra plus: there is a charging station that you can use, which was very useful for us. The host was super friendly and always responded quickly to questions. The area is quiet and perfect for beautiful walks or exploring nearby cities. Highly recommended!

We were looking for short-term accommodation with two adults and two children, as we had to move out of our original apartment due to water damage. Fortunately, we came across Sven's apartment and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is large, flooded with light and modernly furnished – we lacked nothing. Sven was super friendly and responded quickly to our questions, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect: only one minute to the tram, which makes mobility easier, and in just three minutes' walk there is a Polish grocery store and a great playground for the children. Overall a great experience – we would definitely come back!

Great, we came for a conference at the health campus of the university for 2 nights with 3 guests and the location was perfect for that. The subway is about 5 minutes' walk, the location is quiet and beautiful and in the apartment you feel right at home. Maurice and Dominik were always easy to reach and also accommodating and flexible with the check-in. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

Beautiful location at the top of a hill, surrounded by nature between Vorhalle, Herdecke and Wetter. You can walk a trail through the woods, down a hill into Herdecke in about 15 minutes. Very comfortable, clean and cozy unit. We were able to keep our bicycles on site and enjoy the unit car-free. I also appreciate that the unit is smoke-free. Stefan and his family are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
