Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

We were in Cologne for a short trip and felt very comfortable at Sonja's! Sonja and her family are great hosts who also provided us with tips about the accommodation. The accommodation as part of the city wall is a special highlight! We had our toddler with us and there were great amenities - in addition to a cot and high chair, there were also toys and children's dishes. We would book again anytime!

Worth more than what we paid!! So stunning, spacious and Nicola and her family were lovely and helpful. 100% recommend and hopefully will be back there again when we revisit the area.

I come from the Bergisches Land, but hardly knew the Siegerland and Westwald area so far. My weekend for hiking, visiting beautiful places and relaxing in the green with Janine and Michael was just great! Such warm hosts, all dear farm animals, a well-equipped apartment in quiet surroundings, also cozy and cheap! I was even allowed to knit the horses and move with Janine! The farm is away from the villages; I had taken the shorter postal route there despite the tip of the only paved road and that was very adventurous with the small car. I'll have to clean it properly soon. 😅

This place was just great- exactly as described and pictured- home away from home. It was wonderful- relaxing and beautiful - had everything you could need in the kitchen. Would stay here again and highly recommend it. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accommodation in a fantastic location to treat yourself to a small quiet break - everything clean, very good accessibility of the host, clear instructions and plenty of shopping nearby.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in the apartment. Terrace overlooking the fields and forests, sunbeds, tidy chairs + table, so we could use the terrace really extensively. i also enjoyed the amenities in the kitchen. Anyone who wants to cook a little will get along well here: sharp knives, several pots and pans, even a hand blender, various ways to make coffee, freezer compartments on the fridge. There's nothing missing. We definitely recommend the place!

Thank you for the hospitality and the quick response in communication. We used the stay for mountain biking and all destinations were quick to reach. The apartment was very clean and everything you need was available. The hosts were very nice and helpful. It may well be that we will come back again!

I was with my dog for a weekend in the Sauerland. The place is beautiful and very clean. You have everything you need. On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy a cozy breakfast and the view. The location is ideal for hiking. Check-in is super easy and you are flexible. It's been a great time!!

We had a wonderful weekend for four and our 2 dogs. The apartment has everything you need. We cooked, grilled and chilled on the great terrace. The apartment has a very charming style and is tastefully decorated. Optimal location with a panoramic view, you can go hiking directly from the house. We had a great, light-flooded and spacious apartment, with everything you needed. The sauna, with a clear view of the valley, is the highlight. In good weather, you can use a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the sunset. We can only recommend the apartment and would definitely come again.

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

I had a great experience staying here! Everything was as expected except for the view... which was beyond expectations! I will remember the sunsets I have seen from the living room windows and the hot tub for a long time.

We loved our stay at Jan's place. Spacious and well appointed, it lived up to our expectations, which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely stay with Jan when we are next in Düren.

Everything was great! The beds were very cozy and the use of the wellness area was definitely a highlight.
