Waterfront holiday rentals in Block Island

Sam's place exceeded our expectations! The view was marvelous, and the house was beautifully decorated with a wonderful collection of books we truly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the room was super clean. We had a great time during our two-day stay. The small town offered so much to explore, and the nearby seafood market was a delightful surprise. we had fresh lobster at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Sam's place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We just came home from our long weekend in Mystic and Anthony’s place was a great find. We comfortably fit myself, my husband, and my 2 year old with ample space. The house was walking to distance to many amenities including downtown Mystic which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend Anthony’s place to anyone else traveling to Mystic!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

Brandon was a wonderful host and his place was great! He frequently checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was okay. The treats and wine on the counter were such a nice touch. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!

Eli’s place is a peaceful haven to rest and recharge. My kids weee coming straight from their finals and really needed that time of serenity to recharge before heading back to their busy summer internships. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views with a cup of coffee was healing to the soul. Eli was a wonderful host, very kind and super helpful. He even left a gift card for a local coffee place so that we would know which beach to access with a cup of coffee in hand. My only suggestion for improvement was to add blackout curtains in the bedrooms for days you want to sleep in or go back to bed after watching the sunrise. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you Eli for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Alan & Alexis’ place was lovely. Exactly like the pictures and so many amenities like coffee machine, baby cribs, high chair, toys and was well stocked with coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc to make your stay just like st home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great and very quiet looking over the ocean. The house was very clean. Would definitely return! Highly recommend

The house was wonderful and in a great location. Communication was clear with the hosts. Only feedback we would give was having more items in the kitchen like sheet pans, Tupperware, something to wipe the counters down, etc.

Immaculate space. Location and views are incredible. Check in was easy, hosts were very communicative and you can tell they put a great deal of energy into their home. They also included fresh eggs from their farm. We were obsessed with it and will definitely rebook.

Joe’s home was absolutely beautiful! Great views and very private. Check in was easy and Joe is very kind. This is the spot for a peaceful getaway on the block!!

Joan has a beautiful home and made for sucg a relaxing girls retreat. The location was great nothing was more then 20 minute drive to local shops or casino and beaches. Home is beautiful and comfortable and we all loved a morning coffee in the sun room.

This place really was a zen oasis, as described. It was peaceful, quiet and clean. The waterfront views were amazing. The space is clean and cozy and exactly as advertised. The porch overlooking the water was such a a relaxing place to chill out. Medhi was an amazing host even offering us complimentary early check in and late check out. I can't say enough great things about this stay and we will be back soon.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had staying at Barton's and Suzanne's place. First, Barron responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant, easy and that you're well informed on local sweet spots and activities. He was a pleasure to talk to, as always. When you arrive, you'll first smile at the curated way it is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. But, then you'll start to notice the special touches left to make you feel well taken care of. There was a basket of snacks, and water and soda in the refrigerator with a kind note saying to please help your self. Such a special appreciated touch to the make you feel welcome. The location is a few doors down from the Thames St. and easily walkable to Bowen's Wharf and many attractions. I had a wonderful t experience at Barton's place and plan to have the be my only choice for Newport. Enjoy, Kathy

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

The stay was very peaceful, friendly neighbors. The scenery was great, Desiree was there for any concerns we had, and with timely response. I would anyone that want a pleasurable stay while in Norwich, this is the place to be. Thanks again, for a wonderful stay. William & Potreen

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults.
