Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Block Island

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

We stayed at this rental for the week of our honey moon. The second we pulled into the drive way the house exceeded any expectations we had. The house was super clean, comfortable, left stocked with things for the beach, pack and play, everything you could ever need- they thought of it. The host was super responsive and helpful with everything. We can’t wait until next summer to rent again! But this time for sure longer! Enjoyed our time at Jason’s house. My family really enjoyed the warm pool along with all the pool toys. Our host provided good information as well as being responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

She went above and beyond to accommodate a request for check-in flexibility, which we really appreciated. The space itself was lovely and well-appointed. Beautiful Airbnb lots to do in or out of the airbnb, ran into the owner’s mother in the hallway and she was the sweetest person ever! Gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. Definitely would stay there again it was so peaceful and nice!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Tom and Cindi were delightful hosts and thier property was immaculate! I especially liked that they didn't use heavily perfumed cleaners and the apartment smelled clean without a hint of chemicals, excellent for my allergies. It was a peaceful, quiet stay only steps away from the wonderful waterfront. If I return to this area I would definately return to Tom and Cindi's!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Highly, highly recommend! A gem of a find! Pictures are exact and the place was spotless. Great walkable neighborhood and lots to do. I will definitely book again if I am back in town. Communication was excellent!

My family and I had a wonderful stay - very peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully appointed and well- stocked. The pool is fantastic and was kept quite warm during a chilly Memorial day weekend. Ann Marie (host) is kind and communicative. We'd definitely return!

Our stay at this stunning lake house was nothing short of amazing. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck and kayaking over the water by the backyard lake were highlights of our trip. Whether you're looking to unwind, connect with nature, or simply enjoy some peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this lake house is the perfect place. We’re already dreaming of our next visit and would recommend it without hesitation.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

Jamestown is the quiet luxury you’re looking for—and Matt’s villa is the place to stay! The area felt peaceful and relaxed, yet we were still able to walk into town with ease. Newport was less than 10 minutes away, making it the perfect home base, and we even had time to explore a few beautiful public beaches in Jamestown, just a quick 7-minute drive from the villa. We hope to stay here again!

Nicole’s place was perfect for a girls’ getaway & some spa time. The unit is clean and well appointed with some extra friendly touches. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Cute and cozy space for the 4 of us! The house was great to accommodate our family and this weekend’s events. Jana was a wonderful host, very responsive and proactive to a local power grid outage and made sure we were taken care of throughout the afternoon until power was restored. Very flexible in letting us check in an hour early as we arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall great experience and perfect host!
