Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Blairgowrie

A rare find with both fireplace and outdoor fire pit, cosy vibes and generous kitchen. Close to shops and great base for the Mornington beaches!

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. The bookabreak team were very attentive and helped us out with a routine little issue which we really appreciated and gave us a generous late check out. Thanks

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

We had a great experience staying at Bronwyn's place. The place is very clean and nicely furnished with large sliding doors which connects the inside to the outside. The location is great if you want to head out for lunch/dinner with local emenities not too far. The outdoor space is large and well designed and has enough seating and equipped for having a BBQ. With large TVs in both leaving areas including the tree house providing separate entertainment areas if required.

We had a great stay at Ash and Jason’s property. The house was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable, linen/Fiona’s nice and warm and the background provided a lovely sunny spot on a cold winter’s morning. Ash & Jason provided very clear instructions and everything was as described. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The house was perfect for a quiet girls weekend away. Surrounded by trees, it had a very quiet and peaceful feel. The gas fire place was a highlight. A very well equipped kitchen if we felt like cooking but located easy driving distance to local hotels and restaurants.. Dave was a very responsive host and we appreciated the opportunity for early checkin. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

From the moment we booked, communication was professional and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself was immaculate, and the heater had been thoughtfully turned on for our arrival—such a welcoming touch that added to the cosy atmosphere. We brought along our two teens with the goal of enjoying a minimal-tech, family-focused holiday, and this house was absolutely perfect. We cooked meals together, sat by the fire, had movie nights, and even swam in the heated pool under the stars—pure magic. The location was ideal, with stunning coastal walks just outside the front door. We also took a scenic road trip to visit some local wineries and Charlie’s Car Museum, which was a hit with everyone. From boutique shopping in Sorrento to the nearby hot springs, golf driving range and beautiful beach strolls, there was something for everyone. We made some truly special memories here and will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to town and the beach. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive, welcoming. Great place amazing location good use a little bit of a better price

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Looks like the pictures and the check in was smooth. The place was very comfortable for a large family. Allan is responsive with the messages and has been very polite. The house feels comfortable, cozy, large and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Beds very comfortable & linen were clean.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
