A cozy, quaint and comfortable cottage. Beds were comfortable and slept well. Quiet and private with the high tree and ivy covered fences. Ian was great with communication for check in. Back and garden secure for medium and large dogs. The side gate has a large gap on the fence side and our small dogs (8kg) dogs appeared in the front of the cottage while we were unpacking the car. We were able to block the opening with garden chairs. Just be aware and confirm the main entrance gates are securely closed and locked. Will definitely recommend and stay again in future.

lovely accomodation, perfect for my work visit to Mansfield as easy to drive to, and then walk to town centre for work, shops, restaurants, train are within easy reach. accomodation was very clean and everything provided was perfectly kept. anaged to find the lead to stream TV from my laptop, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials like cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. I didn't need much contact with Alex as everything was as detailed and access was a breeze, the contact I had Alex was very responsive and very welcoming. I would stay again.

my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.
