Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Black Forest

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view of the mountains from the front deck was absolutely beautiful. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Amazing spot to relax! Hosts even provide towels and extra essentials that may be needed! The hot tub was easy to use and the set up is beautiful! Even has a thriving bird nest by the door, adding a sweet little touch to your stay!

We had a great stay at Neal’s place. The view from the living room was incredible, and the place itself just feels like home. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to Garden of the Gods, and is near a beautiful walking trail that takes you downtown. We hope to return the next time we’re in the area!

Quite neighborhood and very close to Garden of the Gods which is why we chose this place. Hot tub was also a plus! Marsha and the team were very responsive and very helpful with any issues.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and secluded—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Shelly and her team were incredibly prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend! We were lucky enough to have an elk visitor, which made the trip even more special!!!

Outstanding space here at Paramount Springs! My family and I were in town for a couple days and we’re glad we booked with Teara and Casey. They were so intentional with strong attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Excellent communication and the Hot tub + mountains were such a plus! 10/10

This place was beautiful! It was very clean, and had all the amenities you could think of. The host was responsive. The beds were super comfortable! I liked that it had a garage to park your car. Our entire family loved our stay. I also felt super safe and the location was great!!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! My family and I stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was one of our best getaways yet. There was entertainment for everyone from the game room for the kids, to shooting pool for the adults, to just relaxing out on the beautiful patios for those who just want some nice quiet time. We enjoyed Soaking in the hot tub with beautiful views of the mountains. There was access to the gym for a workout and a sauna to wind down after a hard workout! After a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds, we took a five minute walk down to Palmer lake and had lunch while letting the kids run around! There’s so much to do at this location I promise you won’t be bored! I absolutely loved it and will definitely be bringing my family back for future visits!!!!

The villa is perfectly located to so many activities and attractions. It's a very quiet neighborhood. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. The amenities need to be elaborated upon because Thomas has done an outstanding job in supplying just about anything you might need. Bathrooms, kitchen and laundry are all updated and so clean. The private backyard is lovely with a spa and fire pit , grill and table with chairs for your own use. We had a thunderstorm during one afternoon and it was so cozy to snuggle up with blankets and the fireplace going to watch and listen. We did use the second bedroom which was really cozy. We would certainly recommend this place for your couple getaway or a girls' vacay. My daughter, granddaughter and I truly enjoyed our first trip to Colorado. We'd highly recommend Thomas as a host.

We had a family vacay at Emma and Chad's place and it was lovely. The home is older, but had been updated nicely. The views were absolutely incredible! Just like any older home, there were a few quirks, but they let us know about them ahead of time and none of the quirks were dealbreakers or issues at all. I was a little concerned with our number of people with only having 5 bedrooms, but most of the bedrooms were plenty big and there were plenty of beds. The house itself was HUGE, with plenty of space for our group of 13. They were great hosts! I would definitely consider returning to this spot if/when I return to Colorado Springs with a large group.

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

The view was amazing! The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Host also very responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. This home is in a tranquil mountain setting. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the neighborhood especially. We saw foxes daily, deer and even a bear - all from the home and while walking around the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and views from the deck. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The home and neighborhood are very quiet and the town of Palmer Lake is charming.

Had a great time at the cabin. If you want a peaceful place to relax then look no further. Great “Cabin in the mountains” vibe. Wayne was super helpful with anything that came up. Great host and a great place to stay! Had all the amenities that make it modern but the feel of really being out there which was what we wanted.

The Cabin was very nice and clean. My boys and I enjoyed the area and cabin at the top of the mountain. I would say that as recommended by the host, I would suggest having a 4X4 to access the cabin give the gravel and narrow roads. Great overall experience would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Wonderful house and host!!! It was centrally located to easily honor and explore all of the amazing outdoor adventures. Shauna was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would love to stay again and will recommend it to anyone we know going to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely cabin. Cozy, comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the recommended hike, a hike at Turkey Rock, sunset on the porch and the hot tub. Would love to return again with our children. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

If peace and serenity is what you are seeking, you’ve found it with this darling A Frame! I loved the location and the wildlife and the starts, oh my, the stars! The Big Dipper seemed in reach. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Just a cautionary note, the ladder to the upstairs bedroom is very steep, if you have mobility issues, you may want to sleep downstairs. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

The place was like it was described and they thought of every detail. The view was amazing and I appreciated the welcome book as well as all details sent through message beyond just the check in process. We did not need any special assistance during our stay, but the host checked in regularly just to make sure.
