Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

We visited from Indiana which was a 15 hour drive. The host was very flexible and helpful with a smooth check in before and after our long drive. Always responsive and super friendly. The place itself was exactly as expected with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very local which made going to places easy and within walking distance which was great. One thing we didn’t expect but loved was the adjustable bed. Overall would 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting for vacation. It is about a 2 minute drive to the Red rock canyon.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The views were absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the mountains each morning was amazing. The host was equally amazing: welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colorado!

This basement apartment was great! It was very clean and very well stocked with conveniences. It is a basement apartment, so there is not much natural light in the living area and noise from upstairs is plentiful - as expected with a basement apartment. The bedroom and entrance both have plenty of natural light. My only complaint is that the loveseat in the living area is comically small - almost childsize. There is really no place to lounge comfortably unless you sit on the bed. Other than the lack of comfortable seating I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

This was my first experience using Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Kristen’s home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed staying at Corinne's place. At first, I was a bit suspicious about the rental closest to The Garden being significantly less expensive than the alternatives but there was no catch. It is rather old and simple but very quiet and private, clean and functional, with good wifi and comfortable bed. Between the air fryer and the microwave, we didn't have to go out, and washer / drier came in handy. Will definitely come back when visiting the area.

Christine’s place was exactly as described. Beautiful view and landscape. Easy to get to and very close to the freeway.

My wife and I are fairly regular AirBnB’ers and we’ve really never had a bad experience. Our overall opinion of Doug’s place, like most (if not all) of Doug’s former renters, is that this is the nicest AirBnB we’ve stayed in. In addition to having all of the typical “must-haves” like pristine cleanliness, high quality amenities and modern / tasteful finishes and furnishings, Doug’s place also has all of the intangibles which make you feel totally at home, relaxed and at peace. He calls this place a “Haven” and that’s exactly what it is. If you’re visiting Colorado Springs and want somewhere very close to all of the main attractions yet off the main streets and very quiet….look no further- book your reservation today!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

We absolutely loved our stay! This airbnb is just like the pictures if not better. It is very spacious and worked perfect for our family of 5. It had everything you need to cook as well. We brought a bag of kitchen stuff we didn’t even end up opening and we had fun trying all the different coffee pods. We stayed during Easter and even had a little egg hunt in the grass area which worked great. Isabel and Hannah were very responsive with anything we needed. We would stay again and recommend to anyone!

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

The apartment was even cuter in person. absolutely perfect. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen had everything that's needed. the bathroom had a beautiful deep tub with hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very peaceful and plenty of places to get out into nature and hike or whatever is wanted. I would most definitely recommend!

SUPERB stay! Our stay in Cheri's lower level apartment was excellent from start to finish. The living area was beautifully laid out, with a pair of comfortable sofas and warm, soft lap blankets, plus an electric fireplace. We used it each evening, as the weather was quite cool during our stay. There was a second fireplace in the living room, but we didn't need it. The bedroom also had a fireplace, which again, we didn't use, because the very comfortable king sized bed was well appointed with layers of fluffy bedding: it was like sleeping in a nest of warm clouds, we just loved it! Plenty of closet space, and two sturdy luggage racks, which we really appreciated. Cheri truly went above and beyond: the kitchen was stocked with everything your redirect, but also supplies necessary for a hot breakfast, plus bottled and sparkling water. Same with the bathroom, as the soaps, shampoos, lotions, and make-up removers were so nice that I didn't use my own things. Fantastic Airbnb stay!!

Romantic Birthday Escape at The Owls Perch! The Owls Perch at Pikes Peak Ranch exceeded its 5-star reviews for my wife’s birthday getaway! We sought a serene, romantic retreat, and this place delivered perfection. The cabin is stunningly designed—a spacious master suite radiating intimacy, and a charming second bedroom perfect for capturing photographic memoris with it's super cute decor. Also, this cabin has the cleanest mirrors we’ve ever seen. The entire cabins decor enchants with thoughtful touches, like whimsical owl-themed wall art, adding a playful yet elegant vibe. The property is breathtaking. Sheep’s Nose Mountain looms uniquely from the ranch, its silhouette casting a magical glow at night—perfect for stolen moments under the stars. The hot tub, pristine and inviting, was a romantic highlight, melting away the world. The Owls Perch and Pikes Peak Ranch gifted us the peaceful, love-filled escape we dreamed of. Highly recommend for anyone craving a romantic haven!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.
