The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing property & setting, absolutely loved the pool, sport court, etc. Hosts were communicative & easy, will certainly be back for another warm-weather escape.

Very well maintained home with lots of updates and amenities. Location was super convenient to wineries and local towns with lots of character. Kids loved the pool, and the shades were also much appreciated for relaxation poolside.

Tori was communicative and amenable to an early check-in so that we could drop our bags before heading to the Aquarium. The house was impeccable and just like the pictures. The living room and kitchen space was so nice for our group to spend time together while being comfortable. Of note, the house did get quite warm in the afternoon. However, despite there not being AC it got to a comfortable temperature quickly after we opened the windows. Also, all of the beds were extremely comfortable! Thank you so much for hosting us in your lovely home.

Great little cozy spot!! Quiet neighborhood! Perfect location! With a small view of the ocean!! Close to Wharf, Cannery Row, Aquarium & 17 mile drive! Easy access in & out of neighborhood to main roads!

Great place to stretch out and relax, with so much natural light that we rarely needed to turn on the overhead lights. We enjoyed cozying up in front of the fireplace and hanging out on the back porch. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The house is in a lovely neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Easy to access the heart of town on foot or by car. My only note would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, as one of the bedrooms is next to a busy road.

I found Dimitra's place from searching local spots to the Carmel area. Her reviews were exceptional from other guests and I booked based on the feedback of others. I now join that group of exceptionally satisfied guests. First, the host. Dimitra was immediately responsive and gave several options for my specific stay. I wanted a place I could trailer a motorcycle and be able to store the trailer in a safe place for the weekend. She gave me very detailed instructions on, not only that, but where we could ride, what the weather would be like, and spots around town we should check out. The "treehouse" was perfectly clean, incredibly welcoming, warm and decorated with friendly messaging, making us feel right at home. The private entrance was nice and you are greeted by two of the nicest dogs you could imagine, securely behind a fence. The living space was more than accommodating for our needs and centrally located for plenty of entertainment. We were there in fawning season too!

Alyssa’s and Meghan’s place is clearly a home, with all the thoughtful touches that many AirBNBs lack. Their house manual is an excellent companion for your many adventures in the area, though you may have a hard time getting yourself to leave the cabin and the “prettyish wilderness” outside it. Would stay again. Would befriend Meghan and Alyssa.

This was our 3rd stay in Nick and Lauren’s home in Atascadero. We love it here for all its comfort, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and peace and quiet. If you are looking for a home away from home, you’ve found the perfect place to vacation and I highly recommend it. We are excited to return, again, in the fall. Thank you for everything and being excellent hosts.

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was wonderful. The separate living spaces were very convenient as both of us enjoy togetherness and privacy. We actually ate all our meals in the house as we brought our own groceries and that worked really well for us. Walking to Fiscalini Ranch was fantastic, and it was an easy drive to explore Moonstone Beach and both sets of town. Highly recommend Hummingbird House!

Amazing place with unique character. Location is beautiful. View is fantastic. And it’s fairly close to Paso Robles. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. And in fact already did to a few of our friends. We’ll definitely repeat if we find ourselves in the area again

We had a great time at this airbnb. Everything was clean, neatly organized and welcoming. The place was in a safe and quiet area too. Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

Our stay at Angels place was phenomenal, it was exactly what I was expecting. Being able to wake up to the beautiful view was like a dream. Everything from the communication, the instructions, the overall check in. The tram was a huge help being the stair case was being repaired upon our arrival and during our stay. The tram would have been our choice of preference either way. My wife and I are definitely going to be coming back. Both her and I enjoyed every moment being there and just want to say thank you Angel for allowing us to be able to enjoy our anniversary in your home. We now have a home away from home!

Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

Nestled in the Redwoods the Jasmine cottage/Sofanya’s place, & Sofanya herself, were wonderful. We can with our 2 teenagers so the 3-BR cabin was private, rustic, cozy & transporting. Precisely as described, only better! The property is beautiful, with a brook running through the upper part of it that gave me joy. We had dinner reservations in Carmel, but elected to stay home, watched movies fm the excellent in-house DVD collection, cooked & simply enjoyed. Sofanya was welcoming & discreet, both of which I enjoyed. I would love to come back again, in Summer or Winter. Obviously the surrounding area is spectacular & Sofanya gave us some great recommendation for sight-seeing. Thanks Sofanya!

What a beautiful home! We stayed here for 1 night but now wished we had stayed longer. It accommodated our group of 8 adults and 4 babies really well. Very clean and spacious. Definitely bookmarking this home for all our trips to Carmel!
