Everything was wonderful, exactly as described and the hosts were exceptional.

I just want to thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. My family didn’t want to leave. It was so helpful having the beach cart , toys, and beach towels!! It was an easy walk to the beach, great food, and amazing coffee. The place was very thoughtfully laid out and very clean. The check-in was seamless and was always easy to get in and out of the home. Thank you again and I can’t wait to stay here again hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Edna Valley is a beautiful and peaceful area. It was easy to get around to lots of places without having to be in the thick of it. I would love to stay at Diane’s property again. It had everything you need and more. The unit although on the same property, felt very private and safe. I did not meet Diane in person however, all interactions were welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for opening your spacious, tranquil, and full of amenities home to my family.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary! It was super cute, with accommodations for our 3 month old. Close to local food/shops! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay. Best Airbnb yet. Beautiful, clean, artful. We had all the amenities and more. The location is the best spot in Avila Beach. David and Mellissa anticipated all our questions.

Amazing stay. I stayed with kids and the house was pristine. Looks exactly like the photos. Close to Marianne’s ice cream which was a win! Highly recommend Ben’s place! I’ll be back next year.

The host is very nice. Ranch was peaceful and went to pet the horses. This place was very beautiful close by to different wineries. Place was clean. Will definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our stay! Everything was pristine, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need (including spices!), there are beach towels available (huge space saver in our suitcases), the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of large, fluffy towels for use in the bathrooms. It was a perfect location and easy walking to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach! The only thing this place is missing is a place to rinse your feet off when you inevitably come back covered in sand after a day at the beach. We found a hose but no place to connect it. Maybe we were missing something. All and all AMAZING place. Carmel is expensive, and this place is the going market rate, but it’s the perfect location and a lovely little apartment. We even extended our stay an extra night!

Ali and Steph's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious for us two. Loved the ability to use a level 2 charger for my EV. Perfect location to visit Hearst Castle and Sensorio. Great recommendations for food and activities nearby. Would definitely stay again when visiting Hearst Castle in the future.

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

This is a lovely place - so bright and airy! The neighborhood is very quiet, with easy access to short walks. Perfect if you bring your dog, too. I loved the little touches that make this place special, such as live plants, nice art on the walls, color-coordinated towels and furniture. Also, views of the surrounding hills. And a charger for our hybrid car! The apartment is squeaky clean; the hosts are responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again on one of our visits to the Central coast!

Our weekend away in Cambria was made perfect by having a place like this one to rest our heads at the end of each day! The studio with kitchenette was the perfect size for my husband and me. So cozy and felt one with nature with the location. Within driving distance of the main part of Cambria. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Such a hidden lovely gem! Thoughtfully furnished and cozy. Very well stocked kitchen. A beautiful private side garden and bench to read outside the entry. Even though there are multiple rental spaces in the home complex, we never heard anyone and felt very private. There is a lovely country stroll on the road. Shower pressure was good and bed was very comfy. Love all the thought that has been put into this space. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Book this home for my boyfriend and I while we were visiting family and it was great! The hosts were very friendly and were very helpful as well. Would definitely book a stay here again next time we visit SJ!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was large and lovely with hardwood floors and thoughtful decor. It was nice to have a covered parking spot so close to the apartment, and I loved the little lounge seat in the bedroom. The closets were very roomy with big mirrors and there were lots of comfy blankets and towels and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for guests. The bathroom had two sinks and lots of drawers and cabinets. The area was quiet and safe and the neighbors were friendly. I especially loved the water features on the grounds, and the patio had a perfect view of the fountains and beautiful redwood trees. The hosts were great and answered the few questions I had. It was very peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

The place was great! Both bedrooms were a good size and had closets and dressers to put clothes away. The entire space was really clean and felt comfortable. The property has heated pools, a playground, walking paths and beach access. It was great for us and our two young kids!

Lawrence was an amazing host. Very responsive and friendly and made sure to check on us via messaging during our stay. The property is comfortable and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. And also has many nice places nearby within walking distance! Would definitely stay at again!
