We had great stay at Darshans ancestral property. the place is like in movies huge house and lawns. Sampath who is the chef and caretaker is a master chef ; he makes finger licking food. location is next to plantation you can see them and just enjoy the peace. i have found a place away from home whenever i want to visit coorg . will be back again

The place has a lovely set-up, the view out of the full size bay windows is breathtaking overlooking coffee plantation and hills beyond...the accommodation is spacious and well done up...the hosts are super friendly and ready to help always, Akash , the care taker is super efficient and cookw some amazing local cuisine...a memorable stay... looking forward to my net visit to the property....

"A Perfect Escape into Nature!" Our stay at Riverturn Estate in Balamuri, Coorg was nothing short of amazing. Vijay, our host, was incredibly responsive and friendly, always just a call away and full of helpful suggestions for places to visit and explore. The property itself is nestled in a calm and peaceful location — perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. The homemade food was absolutely delicious — each meal felt like a warm hug from Coorgi hospitality. Loved the little touches like the music system for evening chill sessions and 24/7 hot water, which made the stay super comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, great food, and a host who truly cares about your experience. Will definitely return!
