Beautiful area, and lovely little annexe - the whole layout is really well thought out, with lovely touches, such an an ice machine during this stifling heatwave! There were little bits for tea/coffee and a shower, which meant a lot after a long journey. James was very quick to respond with any queries, and would definitely come to stay again.

Another fabulous stay here. Location is great. Check-in is simple. Free parking on the drive. The flat is SPOTLESSLY clean and has everything you need. The lovely bathroom and the shower is a challenge - it's so wonderful you won't want to get out!!! TV has all channels you'd ever need. Tall fridge/freezer. Microwave. Small dishwasher. small oven/grill. Big wardrobe. I cannot fault this place. I will be back!

Had a great stay at this comfortable place. The location was perfect for visiting my daughter who is at Warwick University. We also took a day trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon. Andrew was friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again if I was coming up this way

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L
