Holiday rentals with a patio in Benidorm

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The space is absolutely spotless, perfectly matches the photos and great brightness. The entrance is secure and everything went perfectly smoothly. Thank you David.

The accommodation is very complete,you have to do everything from rest to having a few games to the villar,like to hit a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and the cleanliness is 10.The beds are very comfortable we will repeat in other times everything perfect.

It is even nicer than the photos, check out was a bit annoying they came a day earlier and woke us up just to explain it was tomorrow, but the place and facilities are lovely and it’s a bargain

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had a great time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

Beautifully tastefully furnished apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the advertisement. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment to everyone with Valentina as a host. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lorena’s place. We received detailed instructions prior to arrival, so getting inside was easy. The space was clean & nicely decorated. It looks exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch with the beautiful views of the city and the sea. The location was perfect…5 minute walk to the beach. There are so many restaurants and bars along the water. If you prefer something a little quieter, walk to Old Town where you will find small streets lined with outdoor tables. There are also grocery stores nearby, so you can pick up a few things and keep in the refrigerator. Overall, this was a great place and we would love to return!

Philip was very friendly and responsive . We traveled for a sports championship and were very comfortable and quiet . The house was very clean and comfortable . 100% recommended.

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

This is a fantastic location with great privacy, and with great views of the coast. Roadside parking is convenient and was safe. The host was fantastic and very helpful in settling us in. Property is very clean, all amenities are in perfect condition. It is a short, convenient drive to the town to get everything we need! Note: There are quite a few stairs to get to the property.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a friendly restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building ( check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

Our stay at Paco's apartment was absolutely superb. Great location, spotlessly clean, close to the beach, supermarkets and local amenities. The bed was also extremely comfortable. My wife and I stayed for a month and loved it so much we booked another 10 days towards the end of our stay. We would have stayed even longer but unfortunately the apartment was already booked. Paco is an excellent host. Friendly, polite and super quick to respond to any questions. The only questions we had were during the booking process. We didn't have to message Paco once during our stay ( other than booking the extra days ) because everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you Paco.

The experience starts from the first contact with Abdelhakim. He was very attentive and kind, and responded very quickly to our inquiries. We were really well taken care of. When Maria arrived, she welcomed us warmly, guided us, and showed us the apartment. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place, this is definitely the ideal place. The apartment has everything you need in utensils, a perfect terrace for breakfast and to be, the common areas are great (the neighbors are even very friendly), we have felt at home. The Consum supermarket is very close for shopping, 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants just as close. We will definitely be back.
