This apartment has a great view of the water and a mountain and is located just 5 min away from the beautiful beach and cafes, yet quiet at night. Great location. Would come back anytime soon!

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, pubs etc, but nice and quiet. Pool area very nice, always sun beds available, and able to just relax and chill out. Fernando in touch with clear instructions from booking until arrival. Fernando and his wife met us there to show us around apartment, explaining where everything was, and had even put water, beer, cola etc in fridge, and toiletries in bathroom, which was much appreciated. Nice open balcony that looked out to the pool, where I spent a lot of time just chilling. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend Fernando's apartment.

The apartment is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay, the views and location are fantastic very close to Albufereta beach, the bus and tram system is located close by and will take you into Alicante centre.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We absolutely loved staying in Natalia’s beautiful apartment. It is the second time we have visited within a year. It felt like coming home. It is such a perfect location with the beach, restaurants and the tram all within walking distance. The apartment is spotless and has everything and more that you could need. Natalia is an amazing host who is very responsive to messages and very friendly. You can tell she wants to make your stay at her apartment perfect for you. Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

A nice, renovated studio with two large pools and garden.

We had very nice days in the apartment, used the pool and the large terrace. The pool was small but very nice. Everything was super clean and neat, matched the pictures well! Modern and fresh. Comfortable bed with Tempur-like pillows. Completely OK walking distance to different parts of the city. Recommend the place!

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.
