Monthly Rentals in Benicolada

Just back from a 5 week stay in Alicia’s place. It was incredible and had everything we as a family of three could have needed. Very spacious, incredibly well equipped kitchen, and the wrap around balcony was amazing! Location in the old town was excellent, lots of great bars and restaurants close by, and we were lucky enough to be there over the festival and the atmosphere was amazing, we even had fireworks every night! Great stay, fab host, would highly recommend.

Very good experience. Very nice woman. The house is great and bright. They offered to light the fireplace for us. Very nice touch.

We had a great week in this house and it was even better than in the pictures. Would definately recommend it to other people.

Maria was an excellent host who answered all messages very quickly and was extremely helpful. We arrived well before the standard check-in time, but Maria had the apartment ready for us which was a great start to our month in Calpe. The apartment is small, but it is very clean, has everything you need and is in a very central location a short walk from the beach/prom and near lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The kitchen was well equipped and the air fryer was a great bonus if you don’t want to eat out every meal. The shower was ideal, with an endless supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was cool and dark if you kept the outside shutters closed. During the week it was quite peaceful at night, but at the weekend (Fri/Sat) it could be a little noisy when the local Spanish youngsters left the nearby nightclubs as they congregated at the fast food takeaway below the apartment and weren't quiet. Great place though and would stay again.
