Chris was very friendly - clear instructions - clean and we were so blessed to have been able to use the washer and dryer to catch up our clothes for the next leg of our trip visiting with his Dad was fun and calming as well

Wonderful two-night stay with very welcoming and friendly hosts. As if we've known each other forever. Discreet. Always taking care of us. The layout of the house, however, leaves us each our privacy. The allocated lunch area is very well organized, well stocked and with everything you need at your disposal. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. We slept like babies. The small village of Kinross allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. We recommend this accommodation two hundred percent.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 6 with four boys of different ages to entertain. The house is beautiful and the area is ideal for exploring. We didn’t struggle to find local shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend Karen’s place. It is 18 miles from Edinburgh. 1 mile away from local train station which is 15 minutes walk from there. Flat itself was clean and had all the basics for cooking. Has a shop just around the corner. Which has got almost everything and closes at 9 pm.
