Excellent place at an excellent price!! The apartment is super complete, in very good condition, very clean, quiet, well equipped. Everything 20/10. Most apartments don't have a washing machine, but this one does and that's a huge plus at the rental price. The only thing missing to be a 200/10 is air conditioning, it is too hot in Santa Fe de Antioquia and although the apartment has 3 fans that work super well there are days when the heat is too strong

Apartment is very clean and in a great location with food and stores nearby. There is a lot of noise on weekend nights so if you are a light sleeper keep this in mind. Weeknights were very peaceful.
