Holiday rentals with a patio in Belmar

I loved staying at this gem of a studio! It was perfect for my needs. It was comfortable, quiet, spotless and perfect location. Look forward to staying again!

Our stay was amazing, the place is exactly how it’s pictured and it will not fall short of your expectations! They are super responsive. Overall a great stay and experience and couldn’t ask for anything better!

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

The house was very nicely decorated and really light beachy look. We enjoyed our stay and 3 tvs available and loved the glassed in porch nice place to read.

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

A perfect place for our family vacation: beautiful, spacious, clean, stylishly decorated, & well located near Main St. We plan to return. Julia & Andrew were so pleasant to deal with.

This is a cute cottage with plenty of space that has recently been gut renovated. Everything feels nice, new and clean. There is some noise from traffic given the intersection it sits on, but it would not prevent us booking the property again.

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Donna’s place was amazing. She was such a helpful host and responded quickly for everything. Very clean space and in a great area. Would book again!!

Wonderful place to stay for my family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time very close to the beach and get some good R and R.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

The inside of this house was so nice and host was super helpful. Good distance from beach, shops and boardwalk!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.
